I find it works for a shorter time but not like 24 hours so I called customer support and they said to just take as prescribed. I would like it to work 24 hrs til I can take it again . Update from my other post. I discovered I can take one in morning and one in evening and my bp is really lower so my dr stopped losartan and about to stop metroplol or reduce it to half a 25 mg

I have been taking this supplement for about six months now, using it along with other recommendations in Dr, Marlene Merritt’s Blood Pressure Solution. I feel like it’s helping me to maintain healthy blood pressure without medication. The recommended dose is two gelatin capsules a day, easy and effective to use.

Like ingredients...being that they are natural and have no negative side effects like medication has...

My use of this product is to help lower my blood pressure even though it sets forth no claim towards doing this. h However, I feel that it is helping, and I will continue using it or several months to satisfy what I think it is helping me to do.

This item gets you 625 mg of a proprietary antioxidant blend, 300mg of grape seed extract, 100mg of Coenzyme Q-10, and 5mg of black pepper in a vegetable cellulose capsule with Rice flour included. With 60 capsules (2 capsules taken once a day), this bottle will cover approximately one (1) month at an approximate cost of around a buck and a half each day (at time of writing).
