Less then a dollar a day dose you get Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin, and something new to me called Panax Notoginseng which extends to cardiovascular health. The main drawback is that the entire thing is a hidden proprietary blend so I don't know if everything is within a reasonable dose

So far it has been ok. No side effects.

I don't like that it doesn't include the amounts. I want to at least know how much Lutein is in this. I don't think I would order again for that reason.

The #1 brand includes Lutein (5mg) and Zeaxanthin (1mg) based upon the AREDS 2 study, so a bit more shouldn't hurt especially given my situation.My only grip is that the bottle only has one type of safety seal. Many supplements now have at least two. The pricing is typical for this type of supplement so a good value.

Been taking this supplement together with another vision defense supplement to help with my vision. I've noticed on the days that I take them, my eyes don't fatigue as much and other issues I have with my vision seems to be lessen.
