These battery-operated Halloween candles are a nice touch for spooky season. The little extras—like the cotton webs and plastic spiders—add a fun, festive vibe without being over the top. They strike a good balance between cute and creepy, which makes them versatile for different setups.The two light settings are a nice feature. I especially like the flicker mode, which gives off a cozy, candle-like effect. They look great at night, casting a soft glow, but also hold their own during the day thanks to the decorative details.Since they’re battery-operated, it’s easy to place them wherever I want without worrying about cords. Overall, I’m happy with these candles. They’re a simple, fun way to add some charm to my Halloween decorations.

I like these fake candles for the most part. The battery life on them is great, the candle flickering effect is good enough and the little packet of cobwebs and spider is a fantastic touch. There's almost too much webbing for this little candle but I guess you can use whatever amount you think you need!The light sensor seems to work fairly well but it does need to be sitting on a window sill having the sensor pointing outside. From the pair of candles I got, indoor lights don't seem to be bright enough the trigger the sensor to keep the candle off.It would be nice if they had a timer function of a few hours otherwise these things are on all night. So far the battery life is long as it is so if these things could be on for only a few hours a day as opposed to half the day, that life would be extended greatly.Lastly, the LED is positioned such that it's very easily seen. I've had other LED candles where the LED isn't apparent. This isn't the case when looking at them from outside though, but it may kill the effect when you're looking at them from a closer distance like when inside.

Excellent decor for Halloween. Weighty and solid decor. Will use for years to come. So happy I bought these.

These work great!

The slender design works well for window sills, and is probably the biggest selling point for me. I can leave the candles in the windows and pull the blinds with no issues, and don't have to worry about them toppling down. The flicker seems realistic enough. I didn't bother with the webs or spiders (at least this year). The candles work as advertised (dusk to dawn). There is a hole on one side for the photoreceptor. Since these are orange for Fall and Halloween, I got a white set for Christmas.

While wrapping the plastic candles with the spider webs may be a bit more challenging than anticipated due to the laws of physics, the final product once the webs are added along with the spider that does also come with the candles ends up looking exactly as shown. I like the options for how you want the flame to appear and preferred the one that most closely resembled a real flame look. My husband and sons also remarked about how cool these were on the mantle. I put in 2 AA's and turned them on and so far it's been a solid week and they are still going on the same 2 batteries! I will use them for many years to come! You could also repurpose them through the fall and Christmas. Since they come with the spider web and spider separately in the package, you can simply remove the webbing and pair them with some fall or Christmas decor and use them for the entire holiday season or even beyond the holidays as a nightlight because they do have a sensor that works to detect and come on in low light if you set it to that setting so they'd auto come on when the light goes off without producing so much light at night that it would bother you or a child trying to sleep. Very versatile and cool!

These flameless candles are cute, especially for Halloween. But if you like gothic and spooky decor all year long like we do, these are great to leave out as well. You have the option for a solid light or flame effect. We keep it on flame effect. These have a light sensor for dusk to dawn operation and take 2 AA batteries each (not included). The webbing and plastic spider are cute add-ons, but we plan on leaving these out all year long, so we're not using them. They would be fun for kids though. I like that these candles have a base and handle that are connected to the candle. It's all one molded piece. We have some other flameless candles that we have to stick into holders or candlesticks and they usually don't fit perfectly, causing them to lean or fall out. Having the holder and candle all one piece solves the issue. The price could be better, but these are still a fair value. Maybe there will be a bigger savings coupon after Halloween.
