Product Description In 1890 Armand GUY began his career, having learned from the most prestigious master distillers of Pontarlier Absinthe, most notably under VICHET. The GUYs then became known for being the original inventors of not only "Le Vert Sapin", a renowned liqueur made from the fir tree buds of the Haut-Doubs, but also the famous Pontarlier-Anis, a unique aperitif from green aniseed.
