I wasted my money buying cheap timers at the big retailers and would throw them away after one year. This is the perfect timer and u expect it will last.

Love this timer. I mainly use it as a timer on my kitchen sink when I know the weather is going to be below freezing. I set it to dump water every 30 minutes for a duration of 1 minute.

I have been using the timer for a week and no issues. I have my irrigation system running every 12 hours, 10 minutes, every day. Super easy to program, no leaks.

I haven’t attached it yet but I have gone through the set features which were relatively easy.If I have any problems I’ll add any additional comments at that time.

I needed a simple water timer that I could set a schedule for and easily switch to manual mode for when I want the water running in the moment. Got all that and more with this timer.Very simple to set up your schedule, and with pressing one button, you can turn on manual mode to get water flowing.You can also lock the settings to keep your kids from messing with the timer (big plus for us).The inlet and outlet are both brass, and I haven't had any bit of a leak yet even after some heavy usage at the end of last Fall. Battery still going strong months later.Easy to recommend this timer if you don't need anything too crazy beyond the basics. Its durable, its simple, and it works.

It has instructions but I didn’t even look at them so I can’t tell you if they are useful. The programming was so intuitive that it was very easy. Just start the dial at off and turn it around one click at a time. The dial tells you what section you are working on. Press a plus or minus symbol, then “ok” to move on to the next item. Turn the dial one click again. Program that section. Keep turning till you’re done. Very simple. There is a water faucet symbol that you press if you want to bypass the timer function and get your water now. When I ordered this, I didn’t realize the programming would be so easy. I got the timer because it had brass connectors. I try not to get anything with plastic or aluminum garden hose connectors. The unit does require two AA alkaline batteries that you must supply. The battery enclosure door has a sticker that specifies alkaline batteries and states do not use rechargeable batteries.
