Nooice!
Seems to be in working order. Even comes with a solution to calibrate the PPMs. Very nice and easy to use. I realized my old PPM meter was WAY off. Quality/build seems to be ok. Curious how long the batteries last with daily use. Very easy to read. I only have to use one meter to test the pH and PPM. It even includes temp, which isnt as important to me because I let my water sit in room temperature 12 hours ahead of time. Pretty good deal for the price. I just hope it's easy to get a new probe when it's time. Will update if anything craps out.

Easy and Quick
I use this meter biweekly to monitor my hydroponics system. The meter is quick and reliable so far, and its been 3 weeks. For calibrating pH there are two small bottles of pH 4 and 7 buffer solution, but the pH 10.1 comes in a packet that you need to mix with distilled water (i used tap haha). There is no bottle to store it in so you have find your own - kind of wish this was just provided in a bottle. The EC calibration solution is also provided. the pamphlet gives great instructions on cleaning, storage, use, and calibration. Overall I give it 4.5 (not an option), but only due to the 10.2 buffer solution not being available. Really coming in handy. If you are looking for a smaller probe, find one that only measures pH. The size works well for me so it was not a factor in my decision.

It works if you calibrate it correctly
The media could not be loaded. I bought this meter to measure the water I give to my plants in soil and semi-hydro. If you calibrate it correctly, it is fairly accurate. I only need it to measure water that is slightly on the acidic side (below 7.0). The instructions clearly state that if you're measuring acidic water, you should only calibrate using the 7.00 and 4.00 solutions, which I did. I put a video up here where I show the meter measuring water and how accurate it is. It's not perfect, but it's also not very expensive, so keep that in mind.

Accurate & dependable.
A great meter for hydroponics. Not expensive, reads ph,PPM, and temp accurately but the EC was way off. I just ordered another one and would recommend this meter. Calibration once a month or more often is advisable.

Faulty or cheap?
I have had this a little over 2 months and use it a couple times a week to measure the ph in the water for my plants. I take very good care of it but today while I was taking measurements I was getting readings that were not normal for me which made me look at the probes. I found the problem. The glass bubble thingy was broken. Every time I used it I would always clean it with purified water and never touch the probes to even dry it off. It's stored with the lid on in the original box it came in so im at a loss as to why it would break other than it was faulty or cheap. 😕

Great for the money
I use this to test my water for my garden, it's always seemed accurate. Always calibrated just fine. Comes with more than enough of the liquids it includes. It is easy to read and use. Screen is bright enough but could be brighter. Works exact as I need it to
