Good supplement.Capsules are easy to swallow, they are not too big and have a nice sweet taste similar to icing sugar.Haven’t caused any bad side effects like upset stomach.So far can’t say for certain if they are effective.

That said, I’d recommend checking beforehand whether you actually need all the additional nutrients included, like chromium and folic acid, as you don’t get the option to take just inositol on its own.One thing I do struggle with is the company’s claim of “natural quality and transparency.” The product is marketed as coming from an English company, Vive 2 Limited, but due to Brexit, it’s distributed in the EU via a Lithuanian company. That raises questions for me about where exactly the product is tested or manufactured. The packaging doesn’t clarify this, nor does the company’s website, which, despite having a .de domain, still lists a UK address in its legal notice. I also couldn’t find any actual laboratory reports on their site, which only adds to my scepticism.Another minor issue is that all the instructions on the bottle are in German. This means most people will have to rely on the Amazon listing for information on serving size and ingredients, which isn’t ideal. It would have been helpful to include multilingual instructions on the packaging itself.That being said, the supplement itself is easy to take. An easy to take Inositol supplement, at a good price. The ingredients seem fine to me, and I didn't find these hard to take at all. I will say all instructions on the bottle are in German only, so most people will have to refer to the Amazon listing to get an idea of serving size and ingredients.

I’ve been taking Inositol for over 6 months now. When I first started taking it, I had some stomach upset but that lessened with time. I would suggest starting with just 1 capsule a day and working your way up to 3, especially if you are prone to stomach issues.It takes over 3 months to see effects, so it’s important to persevere. This tub should give you enough capsules to see if it’s making a difference to you. I personally find it really helps me.I like that these capsules have two types of Inositol. It’s also good that it has minimal fillers and additives.
