IT KILLS AND PREVENTS TERMITES
I live in Houston Texas, prime breeding grounds for termites. My contracted Exterminator recommended this for a self defense and to control the termites as an alternative do it yourself. Very simple, I used a small spreader targeting my entire foundation perimeter of the house and watered down the granules, once every April and again early May. 100% works no termites. My neighbors have them but I don’t. These are the ones that breed and are born every year from the ground. I highly recommend this product.

Seems to work.
I wish I'd had this sooner! Termites just about ate up my garage and had started on my deck. I didn't want them to eat my house! It's been awhile since I applied this product, and I haven't seen a single termite or any additional damage since. Buy this!

This product seems to work well. I've been using it for a couple of years and haven't seen anymore termites. Just be sure to follow instructions exactly.

Less Effective than the original
Another step in over regulation. The original pesticide, very effective against termites was banned from many states in 2024 including my own , except for “commercial “ applicators. The theory is that is was harmful to bees. I suspect , though, the pest industry lobbied for the ban. If the product was used correctly , the possibility of harming bees was minimal. Given the price of it , I can’t imagine anyone indiscriminately spreading around their lawn, etc. The regulators never figure in the cost and resources for fixing termite damage . This new product has much less effectiveness and has to applied twice. I wonder how long before they ban it as well?
