This razor is one of the best razors i have ever used. It is comparable and, in most cases, surpasses name brands such as Norelco and Remington. This razor provides a close shave, is easy to clean, and holds a good charge. The shipment was prompt and the package arrived in great shape.I needed to contact the sellers for a customer service question and they were most gracious and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this razor for purchase.

I’m pretty happy with this electric shaver so far. I’ve been using it for a few months, and it is definitely getting the job done. It shaves fairly close, and I don’t have any complaints about that. Every now and then it gets a little loud around the cutting blades, I think it’s where the Blades are not being pushed down quite hard enough. All I have to do is push it a little harder into my skin or tap it a couple times with my finger and it fixes it right away. I get about two weeks of daily usage out of it before having to charge it again. I would probably buy this again.

Seller was great about quick shipping but I got something that broke way ahead of it's time IMO.This electric razor worked very well until the shaver head hinge tabs broke off. On the 4th. use the tiny little plastic retaining tabs that hold the springed hinge from the shaver head to the body simply broke apart while shaving & fell out into the sink.This made the complete shaver entirely USELESS because the plastic housing the cutting head blades rest in will no longer stay shut & just flops around.What a shame, this shaver had decent battery life & shaved pretty good, it was still at 89% of original charge when it broke apart. The maker chose to use such a tiny bit of plastic on the main body to hold the entire shaver head hinge into place where it's designed to pivot out for cleaning, this makes it a very fragile OPEN/CLOSE design.Note: I'm very careful & move slowly at 69 years old, this shaver was never dropped or mishandled in any way.I suspect that most people who buy this will end up chunking the entire unit in the garbage pretty quickly !!!Mine only lasted a few days past the return time frame window."MAYBE" it was just bad luck that I got one that was somehow defective but I will never know because I won't spend another $29.99 to find out.

I'm giving this 5 stars until I try this razor in the shower. It's supposed to be a wet/dry device so I'm leaving off a star until I try it in the shower. I'll update this post with the results.Summary: So far, it does a good job of taking about 95% of my beard off for a clean shave. I have a heavy bearded face so I've steered away from electric razors and used traditional razor blades since my teenage years. Also, electric razors would break me out in a rash when going against the flow of the beard, same with razor blades. So far, this one has not caused any discomfort.Weight: The weight is light compared to a Norelco or similar electric razor making it easy to maneuver. You don't feel like you're lifting a small dumbbell to your face.Power: Came charged to 97%. Charge lasts a very long time. I've had mine for over a week and its still charged at 80-90%. Charged up to 100% in about 5 mins.Build quality: Seems very sturdy for being as light as it is. Comes with attachments which I used to manscape. They are well built and do a very good job of cleaning up even the heaviest areas of concern!

I have had the unit 3 months. The razor does a good job, but it squeals like a pig. Put in your ear buds or you'll get high pitched whining. About the same price as a replacement head for my Norelco.
