When the retainers arrived, they were a perfect fit and are a great value compared to other retainers. Start to finish, this was so convenient! Super happy with this purchase! The impression kit was really easy to use at home. The seller was very friendly and responded quickly when I messaged — even sent me a label to return the impression. Got my retainer in about 10 days, and it came with a storage box and a model of my teeth. The retainer fits perfectly with just enough tension to do the job. Great quality and experience overall!

Great product for a more reasonable price. It takes a few weeks by the time it gets shipped depending on where you live. My impressions were good until they were in the mail too long (no one’s fault). And the company had me redo them, offered more supplies for free and they paid for shipping again! Great customer service. Fast response on approval of impressions. They send a high quality case! Better than the one I got with my originals years ago that I paid more $ for. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them in the future! My top retainer was a little tight on one side but i just had to adjust a wire. They supply the pliers as well.

I was a little skeptical with buying a retainer online but I'm so happy I tried this. They send you the kit with all of the items needed to take your impression. You send pictures to them to make sure they have a good impression and once confirmed, they provide a shipping label to you. After a few weeks, you get your retainer in the mail. At first, the lower retainer didn't fit so I let them know and they sent me a new impression kit. After I sent my impression back to them, they sent me a new lower retainer that fits perfectly. I'm so happy I went with this because now I have a new Hawley retainer set.Edit: it's been a couple of weeks since I have tried wearing these retainers and they just don't work. They hurt my teeth, the hooks that grasp around your tooth are sharp, they move teeth that shouldn't be moved. I wake up from pain which means it's moving my teeth more than they need to be moved. Looking back, I wish I had just spent the money going to a dentist. I feel like these need to be adjusted by a professional and the hooks are just sharp and uncomfortable.

It was easy to make the impression, they sent a label back for shipping, and I got my retainers a couple weeks later. Perfect fit! Love it! Saved me a ton of hassle to get new retainers from my original orthodontist, who lives on a different coast. LOL

I was able to whatsapp customer service to see if my impressions were good. The customer service was professional kind and would respond pretty quickly. Then my package of my new retainers arrived! They came in a box with a 3D print of my actual teeth! It was so cool! The retainers also came with care instructions and a cute container. 1,000% satisfied with the results! Highly recommend!
