So glad I found these
Being new to dip pens I tried another brand first but they were awful. This set fits my Tachikawa nib holders perfectly with a lovely snug fit. Also, the amount of ink it holds is incredible. It creates a lovely fine and even line, and doesn’t create a horrid big blob when you apply a little pressure.

This nib is very useful
The media could not be loaded. This nib is very useful, when it's dipped into the ink it holds the ink very well. Usually with other nibs I can't even finish the third letter but with this nib I managed to write 11 letter word Calligraphy with just one dip. Also is beginner friendly, which allows more flexibility.

Helpful hint. All dip pen nibs are coated in a protective coating at manufacture. This can be removed in lots of ways. Personally I use 'zest it' pen and nib cleaner. It's easy and works on all nibs every time. You put the nib in the pot, wait 10 to 20 mins. Remove nib from pot and wash well in soapy water. Lastly once the nib is mounted in holder I wipe with rubbing alcohol, the nib that is, 😀 hope this helps,

Me habían hablado maravillas de este producto, años espere para comprarme el mío. pero no me gusto mucho que se diga. en la imagen parece que es un material un poco grueso para retener tinta y la verdad no es asi. es muy delgado pero igual es resistente.

La cama de clavos es un juego que yo siempre quise pero ahora se lo pude conseguir a mi hija y yo recibí unas puntas para caligrafía Brause Rosenfedern que también había querido tener desde que empecé en este arte y están geniales se deslizan y son tan suaves excelentes para Copperplate. Nuevamente gracias.

Great Nib
This nib really seems to hold a ton of ink. I can write for several sentences before I run out of ink, which I love. I'm not a calligrapher, I just enjoy using a dip pen for writing in my junk journals. Highly recommend this nib. Just make sure you prep the nib by removing the oil from it before its first use and it will write like a dream.Tip: this may sound gross, but using a little saliva on a tissue to gently rub the oil off the nib works great. You can also rub a little 90% alcohol on it. If you do not prep your nib, it will hold very little ink. And I find Sumi ink works wonderfully with the nib as well.
