Good Machine with lots of needed attachments
Works well after assembly. 120 Lb machine once assembled. Handle adjustment is easy. Filling the Water tank may make the balance of the machine more difficult to maintain and effect control. I have not filled it yet to try but it pushes the machine lower in the back so, you have to compensate by lifting it back up to level to keep control. It arrived a week earlier than stated.

First one to purchase this
I had to buy more nuts to secure the handle with the base. They are metric nuts. The pads that came with it are no good. The machine performance was good but trying to adjust the levels on the handle was problematic. The water tank is a time saver. I wish it was a lil more sturdy like the older one I have already but it did do a 9000 square foot job. If I get 10 or more years out of it then I feel it was worth it. PS, the cord is not 49 feet. Maybe 35-40. This is an update. 2nd time using it on a 5000 square foot job and it performed well. If I could I would change my review to 4 1/4 Star

Machine with problems
I changing my review because of two reasons 1. I checked the reviews online to see what people said about the quality of this brand, and it was a several goods opinions 2. The company who made the machine, contacted me and gave me an excellent costumer service and support. At the of the day, the machine had a broken piece from the handle mechanism, I decided to fix it on my own. But if someone else has the same problem, the company will help you to resolve it. I hope this information helps others buyers. PD. The machine works great and you will have amazing results with your floor
