Good for 6 Months, Then No Way To Contact Seller When Broken
This switch worked fine for the last 6 months, then randomly this morning the USB In stopped working, and the audio out port physically broke. Product states there is a 12 month warranty, but there is no way to get in contact with the seller. WOULD STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER.

Not The Quality I Was Hoping For
I work in gaming and having the ability to run a number of monitors at a single time is incredible important and imperative for my work. So trying out this KVM switch seemed like a great idea. There were some upsides, but a surprising amount of downsides to this model. First the good things. The camera quality for it pretty decent. I think it's clear, but I was surprised to find that this doesn't work at 60Hz even though it is advertised to be able to do so. It's great that it can do dual monitors and I was able to hook up my monitors without much difficulty or trial and and tribulation. However it cannot connect more than two monitors, so if you are ever in the need (which I am occasionally) more than 2 monitors going at one time, then this switch is not the one for you.My biggest complaint about this unit is the fact that there are a lot of glitches and hiccups. There were times where it didn't work at all, but I had to reboot the whole thing, which for me, is not something I can have when I'm working. All in all, I unfortunately can't recommend this KVM switch, although I do use it sparingly.

DisplayPort Connections don't work, Mouse & Keyboard cut out intermittently
This product is defective. The display port connections do not work, effectively making this a 2 computer and 1 monitor solution. It is impossible to extend your display to a second monitor as the display port does not work (only the HDMI connections work). The mouse and keyboard work for a few minutes and then go dead. If you switch to the other computer, the mouse and keyboard will work but only up to 10 minutes or less, then if you switch back to the first computer the mouse and keyboard work, but again only for a few minutes. I will return this product as it is defective and the quality of it seems very cheap. I have purchased a slightly more expensive KVM switch from a different company and it works perfectly. Would not recommend this product. Look for something better even if it costs an extra 30-50$.

Fairly decent 4-port dual display (HDMI+DP) KVM, good build quality, metal casing, 4K@60Hz, mic/spkr
This is a fairly decent 4-port KVM with dual display (HDMI+DP) as both input and output and USB 3.0 for peripherals. Converters (as input) should work but I haven't tried 'em. It supports HDMI 2.0/DP 1.2 with resolution up to 4K@60Hz and it does work just fine without any issues. Note that the dual display at 4K@60Hz each doesn't necessarily mean it can run a single display (HDMI or DP) at 4K@120Hz. It only supports up to HDMI 2.0/DP 1.2 spec which limits the resolution at 4K@60Hz.≡ NoteIt's not clear to me whether the use of USB-C, Mini-DP, or even HDMI to DP adapter/converter is supported and/or if it will reduce resolution to 4K@30Hz (if it's supported) because that's a common limitation for many KVM nowadays (i.e. reduced resolution/refresh rate if a converter is used). For those who are new to KVM, it stands for Keyboard, Video, and Monitor (KVM) and it allows for the sharing of those 3 devices (traditionally) so you can use the same K/V/M to control 2 computers by switching between the 2 computers. You can NOT control both computers at the SAME TIME and that would be nonsensical. This is particularly useful in tight spaces where you don't have space for a second (or third or more) set of K/V/M especially for the monitors which traditionally occupy a relatively large space (i.e. CRT monitors), and they can still be bulky even with LEDs. As a matter of fact, I still have some old KVMs with PS/2 ports with mini DIN6 connectors somewhere.≡ Spec* Input: 4x female (HDMI+DP) pair, 4x USB 3.0, Type B* Output: 1x HDMI + 1x DP female, 3x USB 3.0 Type A, 2x 3.5mm (mic/spkr)* Bandwidth: HDMI 2.0 @ 12.54 Gbps/DP 1.2 @ 21.6 Gbps* Resolution: 4K@60Hz* Color depth: 8bit/10bit* Chroma subsampling: 4:2:0* Metal shellAs you can see, it does have 3 USB-A (USB 3.0) ports for output which should be more than sufficient for most people (keyboard, mouse, and a printer that use USB-A) in most circumstances. In comparison to most other dual/quadruple port KVMs out there, this one actually has USB 3.0 ports whereas most others have USB 2.0 only and this greatly increase its usefulness since they can at least support USB 3.0 external dock/enclosure at much greater speed (~ 130-135 MB/s) rather than ~28-30 MB/s for USB 2.0 ports which is just NOT suitable for anything other than standard low-speed devices such as mouse/keyboard etc. Moreover, it has 2 standard 3.5mm ports for microphone and/or speaker should you need 'em. The input can be switched using the buttons at the front of the KVM or via the 'external switch' provided which is quite convenient if the switch isn't within arm's reach. Unfortunately, it doesn't necessarily support hotkeys (to switch between inputs) similar to the vast majority of others out there on the market which is quite puzzling. MOST of the KVMs that I had in the past (VGA/PS2/USB) did support hotkeys so this can be quite an annoyance for those who are used to hotkeys. The case is made of some sort of metal (possibly aluminum alloy) which seems adequately decent and it remains fairly cool throughout the test so that's a good sign.It would be great if it has at least one USB 3.1 Gen 2 port (i.e. 10 Gbps) to support external NVMe/SSD drives. The switching itself is fine for the most part though I do notice some delays (very minor) in comparison with other [older] KVMs that I have but that shouldn't be an issue for anyone and the delay appears to be quite common amongst the HDMI/DP KVMs that I've come across.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a fairly decent 4-port dual display (HDMI+DP) KVM with good physical build quality as well as good display capabilities; however, it doesn't have any USB 3.1/10 Gbps ports which limits its true usefulness to a certain extent. There aren't that many 4 port dual display KVMs and this is amongst one of the few that I've come across and it works reasonably well; though, it only supports a max of 4K@60Hz which is considered decent but perhaps a bit 'low' at this point in time. It's reasonably priced at $150 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, usability, and performance.
