I work from home for an insurance company where the phone system has an auto answer feature, so it was very important to me to have the mute/unmute function easily accessibleThat’s the one thing I really like about this headset as you just flip the mic up and muted; down to open the mic.I prefer the dual ear headset just because of it allows me to block out any noise around meIt’s comfortable to wear. I’m not wanting to just rip it off at the end of the day half the time I forget I’m wearing it.It stays connected to my phone system, which ironically is called Amazon connect. It never loses the connection with the phone system so that’s important.Overall, I’m pretty happy with itSound quality is excellent. I connected via the dongle versus the Bluetooth option so I can’t speak for the Bluetooth connectivity as I haven’t really used it.I do like how the dongle shows red when the headset is on mute more of a purple color when it’s in a standby status and I believe it’s white when the line is openIt’s pretty easy to use so I mean, I don’t think you can go wrong with this headsetI waited a few months to post my review because I wanted to use it for a whileThe battery life is pretty good on it too because I only have to charge it up about once a week after using it for about eight hours a dayI also like how when you first turned it on it announces the battery level so I know if I have to quickly charge it before I start my day.

Excellent add for in office conference calls! Very comfortable

The drivers did not work out of the box. Contacted customer support at Logitech which was epic fail. Wireless Bluetooth simply wouldn’t work. Resorted to using it with dongle, and that worked with Teams but not Zoom. Abandoned this for a wired headset that works with both Teams and Zoom. Too bad as these were very comfortable to wear. They do work great with my cell phone though.

I had used a Microsoft Meeting headset for working at home. It broke after a couple years of service and I found it was no longer available. Logitec to the rescue! So now my headset, keyboard and mouse are all logitec. Hard to go wrong with logitec. I didnt buy it to listen to music, but it does seem OK for such use.

It does not have noise cancelling at all and they are very tight at the top. Don't recommend.

No recommended, had less than two months. Although they have nice design and quickly connect to dongle they frequently disconnect during TEAMS calls. The audio drops randomly. I found recently. This is a common problem.
