I have skin and nail issues and am on medication that causes hair loss. I had been using another brand for over a year. The results were not great so I switched to these. I noticed a difference in less than a month! At 6 weeks, my nails are strong and don't peel any longer. I would definitely recommend. They work and the price is reasonable.

No flavor, small capsulesEasy to swallow.I bought this product because the side effect of one of my migraine medications is hair loss! 😢 noticeable, from crown and receding type hair loss.I've been taking this product since october 2019..I notice i started getting Baby hairs within a month, then my hair filled in. I still am getting more baby hairs, thicker and more coverage around the receding forehead!I noticed also my very thin eyebrows were getting more hair as well.I didn't care about getting stronger nails really, even tho they were thin, brittle, fragil, that peeled & broke easily my whole life, however, they are now stronger, healthier and longer. I had no idea my body didn't have enough biotin.Im still taking the migraine medication, if i wasn't i would guess i would have a quicker response and get more hair quicker.I decided to increase my dose to 2 a day since i noted more hair in ......the receding hairline and brows. I expect only good results.(I use this brand for another product, l-lyzine, that helps build your iimmune system and has eliminated cold sores from the herpes virus! )

I had two problems that I thought this product might help: thinning hair and splitting, peeling nails. I am pleased to say that both problems are much improved. When I part my hair and along the hairline I can see many new hairs coming in and my scalp is no longer easily visible. My nails have stopped peeling and are much stronger. I started this product just 43 days ago and have had to trim my nails twice already. Most of them are now 5/32nds of an inch long and though that might not sound like much, they are well passed my finger tips and are quite attractive. As I mentioned the best part is they are strong. I have a small farm and am always banging my hands on something when caring for the critters and have yet to break a nail in the process. I tried the Biotin with 3,000 mcgs and it really did little to help but this 10,000 mcg formula does the job exceedingly well. I will stay on it and recommend it highly for anyone having the same issues I had. Donna

Bought this a few weeks after I took my acrylic nails and had no growth. It took 4 weeks and my nails had completely grown back even stronger than they were. Been taking it for 3 months and have had about 4 inches of growth whereas before it was about an inch per 3 months. Also my hair has gotten considerably thicker. My lashes have also become fuller and slightly longer. The best part though was how it has made my skin just GLOW. Before it was very unhealthy looking and flaked alot. I now have a healthy glow for my skin. The only downside is now I have to shave a lot more.

I've been buying these for a few years on Amazon. The vitamins themselves seem very good as my hair and nails are very healthy. Lately, though, I've had an issue with purchases of perishables on Amazon, and this purchase was no different. I received a bottle (8 month supply) that is set to expire in about a month, therefore wasting more than 3/4 of the product. Wish I'd remembered having a similar issue a few months ago so that I would not have made this purchase. I just can't trust getting vitamins and supplements from Amazon anymore due to this. This time, however, I did contact customer service, and they are crediting my account since supplements, even unopened, are not returnable.
