Great headset for newer laptops
I have the same headset but with USB-A. Unfortunately, my laptop doesn't have that port and the port adapter is not the best solution. This headset works perfectly with my USB-C port. Same great sound as the old one.

Great Headset for work from home.
I love these headphones!! I like that the earpieces are smaller than most so they don’t cover earrings and squeeze my ears. The usb c connector makes them easy to use without fighting with a Bluetooth connection.

Terrible head phones
I bought these and the right headphone did not work out of the box. The sound kept fading in and out. They stopped working after a full week. I wouldn’t recommend them…

Good Audio But Not as Comfortable as I’d Like
The sound quality of these headphones is fairly good (while ever so slightly muffled). I like that you have a wider range of volume selection (the volume moves in smaller increments than a product like the Apple ear buds) but I don’t love the fit. The round, padded earpieces are quite small compared to your ear size (see photo comparison next to palm of my hand. For reference I have small hands). I have small ears and the earpieces don’t fit fully around your ear. Since the earpiece doesn’t fit fully around the ear and fit flush against the side of your head when worn, the headband of this product feels tight. The ear pieces add additional pressure against the side of your ears and head, making your ears hurt after a while (especially for people who wear glasses). I prefer to avoid cordless headphones or earbuds. I’ve seen articles suggesting that you’re subjected to more radiation from wireless headphones and earbuds. I do like that these headphones have a USB-C plug in cord which is compatible with my newer Apple products such as the iPhone 15. The cord is also fairly long so you don’t feel tethered to a device when in use. There is a convenient volume control located on the cord, not to mention the added bonus of a microphone mouthpiece that can be flipped down when in use, and making a call, or flipped up when not in used. Overall I’d say these headphones were a good buy for the price point and would recommend to others. The headphones seem well made, durable, and I like that the headband is padded where it rests on top of your head.

Excellent sound quality, light-weight yet durable and functional headset.
Working from home as a tech-support agent, I need a decent quality, durable headset that won’t break the bank and the H570e fit the bill for me. The on-ear design is less weight than the over-ear models, which I like and I could still hear if someone comes to my door, etc. The controls are nice and can toggle Microsoft Teams, mute or switch to the phone with a push of a button. A wireless version would be great, but also more expensive so the length of the cord is more than long enough. I have trusted the Logitech brand for many years, which is another reason why I chose this model. I know it will last quite a while, and the quality is always excellent. So far so good and I would definitely recommend.

microphone is not good
I compared the microphone of this Logitech 570e headset to the microphone of my Logitech H390 Wired Headset. The H390 microphone gives a much clearer and rich voice recording. I am disappointed in microphone of the 570e, and I will not be using it further.

Tight fit, muffled vibe—and apparently, I echoed like I was calling from a cave.
I really wanted to like these. The mic quality seemed decent, the plug-and-play USB-C connection was convenient, and they looked the part of a professional headset. But wow—comfort was not part of the design brief. Within an hour, my ears felt like they were trapped in a vice. The on-ear design is surprisingly tight, and with no mic sidetone, I couldn’t hear myself speak—so I either whispered or shouted the whole time. To top it off, my team told me I was echoing on every call, which is the headset version of showing up to work with spinach in your teeth and no one telling you. If you're on meetings all day and care about comfort, clarity, and not sounding like you're reporting live from a canyon, keep looking. I did—and I’ve never looked back.

Appears more durable than prior versions
I'm so glad this headset finally comes in a USB-C model, instead of the older regular USB. I think this version is also made better and stronger than older ones of the same kind. I think it sounds better, and it's controls are easier to use without accidentally turning my volume up or down.
