Lovely Pasta
This is truly excellent pasta. The fact that it’s whole grain pasta made from farro means it’s much more flavorful and nutritious than pasta made from white semolina flour.This is, without a doubt, my first choice for ditalini pasta. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, so I wouldn’t eat it every day, but it’s nice to enjoy as an occasional treat.

Product had been opened.
I just went to use this in my Minestrone and the product had been previously opened and put in the box upside down so it would not be noticed. This is unacceptable and disgusting! And I cannot return.

A flavorful and tender whole grain pasta
We really like farro pasta and were delighted to find that it is available in small shapes. Farro pasta is whole grain, but, unlike some other whole wheat pasta, is tender and flavorful and a wonderful substitute for white pasta. We will continue to enjoy it and are pleased that we can purchase it through Amazon.

Same texture as semolina but hopefully healthier
It cooks and retains sauce as well as high-quality semolina pasta but has (so we understand) lower glycemic impact than wheat,
