Good price, easy to swallow tablets
Very good strength, the tablets are tiny but according to the ingredient compare well with similar more expensive brands. I take them to help regulate my blood sugar and I haven’t noticed them suppressing my appetite but that’s not to say they don’t.

As described save for the packaging changing from purple to green. Low dosage of 295mg, so as they are supposed to be taken with or before food, I will have to intitialy use 3 tablets a day to get a reasonable dose. As for the quality or it's ability to do what it says on the tin, I have no idea, but the price for a four month supply is acceptable.

As described, not sure about effectiveness but definitely feel changes in sugar cravings. Use it as a supplement not as a diet option. Very small tablets, great packaging.

This is a very confusing content description.Not sure what the 295mg Berberine refers to, but the content description actually says....Per daily serving (one tablet) BERBERINE HCL 98% 5900mcg which is only 5.9mgDaily recommended for blood glucose control in the range 500mg to 2000mgFor weight loss 500mgI can't imagine how 5.9mg is going to 'harness your wellbeing'UPDATEHaving given this more thought. There is ** following the 5900mcg figure, so I now think that the line that says** Formulated with Expertly Formulated Concentrated Berberine 98% Extract 50:1 means that they contain 5.9mg of a 50:1 concentrate of Berberine HCL which would then explain 295mg (5.9 x 50)Hopefully this is correct, the supplement is what you would expect, and the only problem is the confusing label hence 4 stars not 5
