My favorite seat but a few technical issues.
I wish I had bought this years ago. If it were just comfort this would be 5 stars without a doubt.I weigh 220 lbs and the seat and shin rest are more than adequately padded. I love the 360° wheels and I highly recommend this version just for that feature! It is easy to put together but the instructions aren't all that clear. If you are challenged in putting stuff together and really need clear instructions you might have some difficulty with figuring out which screw is for where and differentiating the parts. So here is the reasons I knocked one star off:1: I'm 5'9" and mostly legs. I bought it for using at a drafting table so the seat is at it's (almost) highest setting and the adjustable bar that changes the seat height has a lot of movement when extended beyond about half way. The bar rattles back and forth if handled and makes an unnerving clunking noise when first sat on.2: the seat covering is not all that great. Part of the stitching was loose on arrival. Being a crafty person that was easily put right however after using it for several weeks the faux leather has a slight sag to it as it gets pulled forward and down when in use. It's an aesthetics issue but still I would appreciate a better material choice. On the other hand a small amount of sewing skills would make sewing a new cover a breezeOtherwise great big thumbs up from me.

Not suitable for standard 28.5 inch high desk
The chair is nice quality and has good rollers but caution it is super tall. I have a standard size desk and the chair is so tall I now sit above my computer monitors which are at the highest setting already. Makes looking at the screens painful since I need to bend my neck and look down. Added risers to help with this but I still have a problem with keyboard since I sit so high my arms are slanted down to reach the keyboard. I'm only 5'2" so it's not like I'm naturally tall to begin with. I measured the chair and it actually sits a little over 1/2 inch from the specs at the lowest setting.

Not Comfortable. Center Pin Collapsed After 1 Week. Does Help With Back But Lower Body Suffers.
I really wanted to like this chair, but after using it for 2 weeks I just don't think it's comfortable. It's a little high. In the lowest setting, it is about 2 inches higher than my previous computer chair was at the highest setting. This meant that I had to kind of reach down to hold the mouse and keyboard. This was usable but not ideal (especially considering I got it to improve posture). Then, after about 1 week, the center pin collapsed, meaning I could only use it on the lowest setting. They claim it holds 220 lbs., and I am kind of pushing the edge at 115 lbs. but it should support up to what they claim. Finally, it's just not really comfortable. While I think it did help my back a bit, it put a lot of weight on my knee/shins and my rear end. Overall, though, I think it was worse in terms of comfort than a decent computer chair.I'm leaving 3 stars because it did help my back somewhat, and also because of no arms you end up sitting straighter and not leaning on one side like I tend to do. I did want to try something different, and maybe this will work for some people, but it was not good for me. I just ordered a Tempur-Pedic chair that I tried in a store and seemed to fit my needs better.

To say I LOVE this chair is an understatement
To say I LOVE this chair is an understatement! There are not enough good things I can say about it. From the very first day I used it, it was like a miracle. I have suffered for a VERY LONG TIME with crippling low back pain, I noticed relief from day-one. I have used the chair both the way it was intended, but also sat on the part where your knees go - the chair portion actually acts as fantastic lumbar support. A lot of people stop and comment; I have had a few try it out and some have commented that they may purchase one for themselves. The only thing I would add is that you sit a little high in the kneeling position when at a standard desk, so you might have to elevate your monitor and/or keyboard a little - otherwise, absolutely NO complaints.

comfort and mobility
I compared a number of kneeling chairs before deciding on this one. What mattered to me most were comfort and ease of mobility. I'm very happy with my choice! The extra cushioning is key because I'm sure my body would not forgive me after a full day of sitting on an unforgiving platform. I'm also pleased with the rollerblade-style wheels. It sounds minor, but makes a huge difference in terms of smoothness and low level of noise when moving around. I hate cheap plastic wheels! Once you get the hang of getting in and out of the chair, I like how fast it is... you don't have to worry about "pulling yourself in" like you do with a standard chair that requires backing it away from the desk first in order to get up. I just leave the chair in the perfect spot and step right in and out. Comfort and mobility! Smart purchase.

You get what you pay for - wheels don't work well for that final "adjustment" to your computer keyboard & monitor
I was skeptical when I bought this chair due to the low price (you get what you pay for). That skepticism was confirmed upon using this for a month or so now. First, while the rubber wheels look like they'd work great, in fact they are terrible once you actually have your weight on the chair. This is an issue specifically when you're trying to make that last minor adjustment at your desk and move just an inch or two one way or the other. With this chair, it's a nightmare. My floor is perfectly smooth - actually still sub-floor since I haven't finished my office yet. The chair glides the way you'd expect when you're NOT sitting on it, which is all fine and good, but like I said, that last inch or two of fine-tuning you inevitably need to do to get yourself properly aligned with your computer keyboard and monitor is a horrific experience. My other complaint after using it is that there is no where for your feet. I find that if I try to just let them dangle as they naturally would, my legs and feet get sore pretty quickly. The best you can do with this chair is try to loop your toes around the rear lower crossbar and you're probably only going to be able to do that if you're 6' tall or better (as I am). Pass on this chair and save up for a good one that is built with super-high quality rollers.
