This pillow comes nothing like it's description or its picture It literally has complete flatness with a gray colored edge it does not have the rounded neck support front as it shows in the picture It is just a typical flat pillow. What a joke

Disappointed in this pillow. Hardly has any rise at all for neck support. Not comfortable, don’t waste your money.

I was having trouble with very painful stiff necks, this helped relieve my in 2 nights use. Its very firm and holds its shape. Plenty thickness on one side. The pillow has perfect heights on both sides. I need to use the thicker side.
