Awesome
Dane was in Delta Force when his team was killed and he lost part of his arm. He moves to Idaho and stays to himself. Bryn is extremely smart and says what ever pops into her head. She sees Dane having problems in the grocery store and sets out to make his life easier. Dane thinks she’s a stalker and yells at her. Bryn quits her job, so he won’t have to go out of town to grocery shop. After figuring out that Bryn helped him home one night while he was drunk, he decides to get to know her better. He finds her fascinating and Bryn of course is attracted to him. But when she starts researching preppers, it could be one time she can’t talk herself out of trouble. Each time I read one of Ms. Stoker’s books, it always ends up being my favorite, until the next one I read. Bryn is pretty and tells it like it is. Dane is handsome but suffers from PTSD and thinks he’s half a man because of his arm. Bryn shows him he’s perfect the way he is and they are perfect for each other. Sexual tension and some heavy make out sessions.

AMAZING!
Dane, better known as "Fish" is struggling to find himself after leaving Delta Force Ops, due to a devastating injury. After losing his arm and all his friends in a mission gone crazy, Dane moves to a remote spot in Idaho, hoping to heal, body and soul. He wears his prosthesis when he's out, but is more comfortable without it, at home.Dealing with survivor guilt, and struggling with PTSD, he shops at night, to avoid people and finds himself feeling stalked by an employee. Little does he know that Bryn, a store clerk has been observing him for awhile, trying to make his time in the store easier. She steers people away from him and moves goods on the shelf so he can find everything he needs. When he confronts her angrily, demanding to know what she's doing, she begins chattering away with all her reasons for helping him, as she does when she gets nervous.Bryn has a brilliant mind, but unfortunately little common sense and parents that have never understood her. Placed in schools that cater to gifted, she was always treated differently. With a Master Degree at 18, she determined to make a life for herself, independently. Bryn's caring soul senses something in Dane that speaks to her heart. But, with Dane's hostility towards her, she quits her job rather than think about him driving a greater distance because of her. There is much substance within and humor and passion galore.I love the way Ms. Stoker evolves Dane and Bryn's relationship. It is truly magnificent! Due to the special makeup of Bryn's character, I want to also applaud the extensive research that enabled such creative and exciting writing. Each book in this exciting series is phenomenal, and getting to hear about all the delta friends as they continue forward, is icing on the cake. The dialogue is so amazing, I want to go back and read them all again. Kudos ~ Bravo

Rescuing Bryn Stoker is supreme!!
Rescuing Bryn will become one of your all time favorite books. The amount of detail and research of the subject is beyond amazing. Two people one damaged by the war and one by extreme intelligence and a form of Aspergers could not have found better partners. Dane " Fish" and Bryn were made for each other. She doesn't see his injuries she only sees the man. He doesn't mind her questions and sees the beautiful kind generous woman she is. This book is amazing and will soothe your soul. Dane is the ultimate alpha male and once he loves Bryn he feels whole again and Bryn feels beautiful and whole with him. Stoker has written the quintessential love story and you will not want to put it down. As these two find their way together your heart will shutter with joy. I loved this book.

Rescuing Bryn- Delta Force Heroes
This is an amazing addition to the Delta Force Heroes with Truck having saved Dane's life when his unit's humvee was hit with an IED and he was the sole survivor. He keep pressure on his artery so he would not bleed out having lost part of his arm. They followed up with phone calls to make sure he adjusted to civilian life. He was shopping late at night in Idaho where he now loved and a sales clerk would follow him around so he thought she was stalking him. She noticed he had trouble reaching things on high selves so Bryn made sure the items he regularly pitched were where he could easily reach them and kept people away from him in case he was suffering from PTSD and crowds freaked him out. She is super intelligent and a bit odd constantly stating facts about everything. He called her a freak and said he was going to shop else where. She could not have that so she made sure he heard her. This was not the first time she had been called a freak but it hurt. The next night there was a thunder storm and she went looking for his car to make sure it did not freak him out. She found him drunk in a bar and the bartender asked if she would take him home which she did. This is the beginning of their love story when he looks for her to apologize and finds out his missing arm does not face her and in fact she was intrigued by it with all sorts of questions. Because of her unwillingness it gets her in trouble but with the help of the Delta Force men, Dane saved her life from a terrorist that she happened upon. Dane and Bryn get their happily ever after as they are made for each other. This was an exciting and tender love story as this damaged man, Dane finds love with this quirky thoughtful loving woman, Bryn. I cannot wait to read the next release in this fantastic series

These books need warning labels!
For heavens sake...these books need warning labels “ Be prepared to be whisked away by Susan Stoker, your life for the foreseeable future belongs solely to her”.Two misfits that find each other and fit perfectly together. Bryn is adorable, her thirst for knowledge and the fact that she can’t help but pass on the information she has assimilated is so endearing! Dane, my heart broke for him. Not only losing his arm but the loss of his team mates, the people that were more family than family!Great story and I love the fact that you find the guys turning up, keeping an eye on one of their own. Watching out for each other!Totally recommend this book but make sure you don’t have any pressing engagements or family business to take care of!

Amusing and interesting
This story is about Dane (Fish) moving to Idaho to comes to terms with having to leave the forces and the IED that killed his friends and left him without part of his arm. There he meets a rather 'odd' girl who changes his life as he does hers. I won't explain any more about her, it's nice to read it yourself although some of the best parts is when she spouts lots of facts that I really enjoyed reading. Lots of the time it's funny too.The plot which is well crafted and the characterisation is great. It finished slightly abruptly but it doesn't take away the entertainment value.I don't want to say more except to buy it, it's slightly more expensive than most downloads but it's worth it.

In my top 3 of Susan Stoker books
I loved this book. Bryn is one of my all time favourite characters, she is super intelligent and can get lost for hours in researching anything that takes her interest. Dane is feeling lost after medically retiring from the only job he has known and after losing his team of brothers, he just wants to be left alone. Both characters help each other to feel more 'normal', however, Bryn's natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge gets her into trouble and Dane has to learn to rely on others to help him get Bryn back safe. This book is part of a series but they can all be read individually and have no cliffhangers but they will make you want to read all of the others haha.Enjoy!

Another good read
Another excellent book by this talented author and I really liked the characters storyline which included characters from previous books and updated us on what was happening to them. This book is about hope and how the characters overcome their disabilities and come together as one. This book is well worth reading as the author definitely researched about PTSD and people with high IQ.

Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is an absolutely awesome book. It's the 6th book in this series and is about Dane 'Fish' Munroe, a Delta Force soldier who has lived through seeing his entire team die right in front of him and the loss of his team and his arm have him struggling. He decides to move to Idaho to start over, and Bryn, a girl who has a genius IQ and is a little lacking in the common sense department. They go really great together. Susan has done it again with yet another brilliant story with great characters,
