My 7 year old nephew loved this set
I bought the Demkia 3-in-1 City Passenger Airplane Building Set for my 7 year old nephew, and he absolutely loved it! The set is detailed and comes with lots of fun extras like the airport terminal, luggage cart, and aircraft tug. The LED lights are a great touch and really bring the airplane to life. It kept him busy for hours, and the pieces were easy enough for him to handle with just a little help. Perfect birthday gift for any kid who loves building and planes!

- Review for Demkia 3 IN 1 City Passenger Airplane Building Set with LED Light, 684 PCS Toy Plane Building Blocks with Airport Terminal, Luggage Cart, Aircraft Tug Model Plane Toys for Boys Kids 6+ || Price: £22.09 (at time of ordering) -Amazing fun building set. Similar enough quality to lego, and significantly cheaper. Nearly 700 pieces means this set takes a good few hours to build - we did it casually over several rainy days. There are loads of different customisations you can do, adding up to nine different structures in total. Once they've built the first three, they can come back to it again later to turn them into something slightly different. The lights are a wonderful touch that makes it extra special. Highly recommended.

Good for the price
Written by my 8 year oldDetails are good, 3 in 1 cool, recommend it. I like that it lights up, good price for what it is though it does fall apart alot when building but when built it's strong. Needed a bit of reinforcing underneath.

Interlocking building blocks they give hours of fun.
When I ordered this toy aeroplane kit, I did not realize that it came with the possibility of creating different vehicles and control towers. My grandson and son-in-law love to build things of this type and I know going to happen a huge amount of fun constructing these toys. I believe this to be an excellent toy for learning about construction and boosting the imagination. I'm incredibly pleased with it.Additional information: having built two of the units they fit together very firmly so they are sturdy enough to play with without them falling apart. Having said that, it's possible to insert other toys inside. I particularly like the addition of the internal illumination. Highly recommended.Further information: the tolerances are not of the usual quality into far as it sometimes difficult to squeeze items together or to stop them from falling apart. Overall though, it's still a great toy.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for so I can't be too mad about the quality - which is to say isn't that great. The instructions, the build, the "snugness" of how the pieces connect each other and the overall robustness are all just sub-par from the real deal.My 6 year old kid can follow instructions and make all the plane and car models from ahem, the other brand, quite easily. But he gave up half way through on this which is really saying something.Hint to the manufacturer: I get that it isn't easy to change the brick quality and your main "competitor" has spent decades perfecting that. That said, the instructions is a seriously easy win. Make your instruction booklet better and it will infinitely improve the playability.

Good build quality, clear instructions, definitely swooshable
My eight-year-old son has been having a great time with this aeroplane, and despite there being a minor achilles heel in one part of the design, he’s been having a great time both building it and swooshing it about, and he’s definitely five-star levels of happy with it.It’s a well presented set. There are two main bags, clearly labelled, with almost all the aeroplane in bag one, and the finishing touches and related accessories in bag two. The instructions are surprisingly clear, with the very familiar isometric design, nicely printed with bold clear colours so it’s very easy to see what’s going on. The number of steps seems large at first, but unlike some other manufacturers they don’t try to cram too many pieces into each single step, so things stay nicely methodical. It didn’t take my son long to stick it all together, and where he did go slightly wrong, it was just a minor lapse in concentration and it was easy to go back and correct. The quality of the pieces is good too. The plain dimples give away the non-Lego nature of the pieces but they fit together well, and they stay stuck together nicely. There’s no sign so far of the swooshing of the high speed aeroplane journeys that the set is taking having any effect on the solidity of the build. As you’re building it takes a while for the structure to become sturdy though, and when you’re building it it does feel like it’s going to crack in half a bit too readily, but once the front and back are fully assembled, it’s nicely solid. The one thing we’d both change about the design if we could (and it’s Lego so we can!) is the rear door, the one to the baggage compartment. Not only does it stick out in an ugly and non-aerodynamic way, but the mechanism for opening the door is incredibly fiddly, and it breaks far too easily- and it’s quite difficult to fix it every time it breaks too. However we’ve managed to rework it so that it sits flush with the rest of the plane. It’s definitely easier to take the roof off to change what’s going on inside instead of trying to open the door though. The light brick is a really nice touch, and works really well at illuminating the interior. It sticks to the underside of one of the roof pieces, so it’s very easy to turn it off and on just by lifting up the relevant roof panel. It also means the light brick can be borrowed to be used in other models and then easily returned, since it seems like it’s going to be quite a prized piece, especially around the time of Halloween-y builds. He’s now having loads of fun making up little passenger stories and then swooshing the aeroplane around, so it seems there’s a lot of mileage in this set. Considering it’s a reasonably hefty sized aeroplane, I think the current asking price of only just over twenty quid is good value, and the minor issue with the rear door isn’t worth knocking a star off for

Very disappointed
The media could not be loaded. Would not recommend, it was far too difficult to put together, even my 10 year old struggled to put it together. We have given up as the parts do not fix together properly. Very disappointed.

A lot of bricks for your money
I’m pretty impressed with this set. You get a lot of building blocks for twenty five quid. I suspect that if this was LEGO, you would pay a lot more for a 3 in 1 aircraft model. The current LEGO City version costs around £68 on Amazon. The branding is a bit of a copy, as it even says ‘City’ on this box. The bricks are good quality as well and you really can’t tell the difference between these and the market leader. The primary lime green colour of the model is….unusual! The internal lights are a nice addition. For the price, you get a lot of building blocks for your money.
