PERIMICE-508 Vertical Ergonomic Mouse - Programmable - Natural Ergonomic Vertical Right Handed Design, black / blue, wired, 10844

Purchased this mouse after having tried the far more expensive ergonomic mice. Others tired the hands in comparison to normal mice, and so did not alleviate the pain caused when using them. Decided to go with Perixx due to a previous purchase, finding it to have been very good quality. Again with this purchase, Perixx have not let down. It has a sturdy build quality, as well good performance in all tasks - including casual gaming. The main reason for buying this was to alleviate pain caused by the convensional mouse. This did the trick, while being much cheaper than the competition. Highly recommended.

Check out the pictures. I promise, it's not sweaty palms but pretty grim none the less, it's the oils from my hand (maybe I just need to wash more ...). This mouse likes to show them off like a badge of honour. Apart from that though, it's great. I've gone through about 4 mice trying to find a vertical mouse like this that would fit my whole hairy hand. There are a few nice features on this (not my hairy hand): - There is a small 'lip' on the right edge of the mouse which does a lot to support the bottom of your hand (I'm right handed) and stops your little finger or bottom of my hand from rubbing along the surface. - Buttons feel well positioned and work fine. - Material (although it bathes in your oily goodness) feels nice on your skin - I can hold the whole mouse in my hand, not just part of the mouse. My little finger doesn't feel squashed by my other fingers. - The only negative, and I'm being pedantic here, is the button clicks. I would prefer soft touch button clicks. I can't comment on battery life as I haven't had it for long enough. However, as my daily driver for all things computer based (including my day job) I'm very pleased with it.

After experiencing pain using other mouses, I found this mouse. It is comfortable and good size for bigger hands. The only drawback it the spin wheel is a bit hard to reach at times.

Just perfect! Got it for my wife that developed some pain on her wrist by using conventional mouse at work. She loved this one from minute one. The additional buttons for back/forward browsing resulted quite practical. The texture of the material feels soft and nice to the touch and it's just plug-and-play. We've got the wired one for the sake of avoid charging or batteries and it's just what we needed. My other half feels a lot better now about her wrist and I'm considering to get one for me to prevent to start developing the same wrist issue.

I think this mouse would be very well suited to someone with large hands and doesn't mind a fair bit of weight. I'm very accustomed to vertical mice and this one does feel very sturdy and well made, but my hand (170mm) felt too small on it, and it didn't sit right. It's also very heavy, and rather than using my wrist to move it as normal, I was finding myself using my forearm more, and it aggravated an old shoulder injury. I expect it's great for gaming, but not for a lot of movement over 2 screens and multiple spreadsheets, etc.

I purchase my 2nd vertical mouse about 5 months ago as I really like the shape, and has by far the best pointer speed amongst the wireless vertical mice in that price range. The scrolling wheel stopped working after 5 months and I conctacted Perixx who dispatched a replacement within 2 days! I am overall very satsified with this product and with Perixx.

My hand measures just under 19cm from middle finger tip to wrist crease. Feels very light and almost flimsy. I found the pointer to be inaccurate as a result, but perhaps I was used to my old chunky mouse from before 2005. Wheel is in the wrong place, so no relief of strain when scrolling. The thumb buttons are far too firm and also in a slightly poor spot. Pressing them takes so much effort, that you'll be more likely to right click (due to needing to apply counterpressure). I like using the thumb button for double click, but these buttons might as well not exist - they're in the wrong place and too difficult to press. On the box there is a printed link to the website for updated driver download. The link did not work (this was sometime in July 2016) and I could not find any link for drivers for this mouse. In response to my query about this issue the manufacturer informed me by email that due to a problem with the driver on 64bit Windows the buttons may not be programmable. Although I managed to install the 32bit version from the enclosed CD, the thumb button issue and overall imprecision of the mouse made this product unacceptable for my needs. Your experience may well vary if you have smaller hands.

This is quite a good fit for my slightly larger than average hand, with the buttons nicely positioned. I've had it just over a year now and the wheel has deteriorated and now needs to be pressed slightly to engage the scroll function which can sometimes result in an inadvertent "middle click" - the knurled rubber outer turns without moving the sensor. Also the soft touch covering has started to peel away in places. I won't buy another as I don't expect to have to buy a new mouse every year for casual home use.

Excellent product with customization option. Very useful product if gou are working long hours on your machine.

Il comfort è eccezionale, non provoco alcuno sforzo né al braccio né al polso mentre lo uso, il che è una gran cosa per chi passa molte ore al computer. Il mouse è piacevole al tatto e ha una certa pesantezza che però non ne impedisce la scorrevolezza sul tappetino. A proposito, consiglio vivamente di abbinarlo a un tappetino mouse grande, quasi quanto la scrivania, per sfruttare appieno la sua mobilità. Un’altra caratteristica notevole è la sua precisione. Anche senza tappetino, il segnale del mouse rimane stabile e preciso, garantendo una connessione costante. In breve, se sei alla ricerca di un mouse che combina comfort con precisione.

Un ratón estupendo. Muy cómodo y rápido. El cable es muy largo, cosa que me parece muy útil. Las luces laterales me sobran aunque he de admitir que queda muy bonito cuando está encendido. Tenía mis dudas sobre la adaptabilidad de la mano al ratón, pero al estar la mano en su posición natural es mucho mejor que los ratones normales y la rueda que para mí es imprescindible se accede facilmente, es sensible y silenciosa. Compra estupenda!
