Easily accessible
So interesting and accessible, it made connections and explained aspects of neuroscience and trauma in ways that have informed my practice and given me a confidence to be able to better explain trauma and resilience to my colleagues. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Book
A truly wonderful, life changing book for both the therapist working with the complex nuances associated with early developmental trauma and for the lay person seeking to make sense of their pre-verbal self and how trauma can shape and accommodate the development of personhood and relationship to others.

Very informative book
Possibly the missing piece of the 'psychotherapy' approach. Working somatically instead of just talking. After all the body, takes the brunt of our unresolved traumas. Check out Dr Peter Levine and Irene Lyon as well.
