One of the best incubators out there, if not the best. Even though they are very close in performance etc. For me personally, at the moment I would rate this slightly better than the MaticoopX 30. The Chickcozy is a little more compact and fits almost anywhere and is easier to clean. The handle to remove the lid is convenient. The removable tray to add water for humidity is also convenient. Especially for accidents when added too much water. It's easy to remove and dump excess water. If you accidently added too much water in the MaticoopX, it can get complicated, especially if you're new to incubating. The stand/mount to add the govee Hygrometer is a great addition, it's always great to have a second measuring instrument. I was using my chickcozy to hatch coturnix quail eggs. I got hatch rates between 70%-100%. I purchased 3rd party quail egg trays from QuailPrints .Co I had good discount codes. Great, guy! You can also find him on etsy. The trays work great and fit perfect. With the trays, you can hold way more eggs than the MaticoopX even if you had quail trays for the MaticoopX. I'm NOT affiliated with either company, and I'm not paid for this review. But I do hope all parties see this review. I'm leaving this review because i believe the chickcozy team has great customer service and thought I would leave an honest review because they deserve it.In no way is it my intention to put any negative remarks on the MaticoopX 30, as I believe they are more popular and are a very reputable company and are definitely a top choice as well. They both have areas where they perform better than the other. They were my #1 until chickcozy. Now I think they're both are my number #1's. Tough choice to make.Improvements I would expect to see in the future for the Chickcozy: Brighter LCD screen, possibly with colors. Louder beeps for some of the features when pressing buttons. Brackets that holds the lid to the base so you can pick up the entire unit with the handle (Which is what I initially thought it was)Better trays overall. The original chicken egg trays it comes with it is limited by many ways. It should be more versatile.The mount for the govee Hygrometer should have side rails to prevent the Hygrometer from sliding left/right.Further: Automatic humidity control. Would be top of the line!Chickcozy, Keep up the great work! I hope you guys decide to sell more products. Thank you.

This incubator is awesome! I put turkeys eggs in it, which I know it's not made for that but currently I'm at 14 of 15 hatching and they look great too, they hatched a day early, good healthy poults. It has been consistent on the temp and humidity. I like that there is more room in it. I also like that when I take the egg trays out, there's really nothing for the baby birds to get hurt on or drown in. It has a really good setup. It's easy to use. I'm probably going to buy a second one soon.

This is probably my new favorite incubator. I love it. Works amazing! I am definitely going to be buying another one. I love the calendars that came with it along with a candling guide. This is a great incubator. Easy to use for any hobby farm. Its a great size to sit on the counter and heat levels stayed consistent. It was well worth the money.

Edit: Customer service was quick to respond and helped me fix the issue! I would 100% recommend this incubator now!I wanted to give this incubator 5 stars. It was a great incubator, I used it for a batch of my chickens eggs and it went great. Well I have my 2nd batch of eggs in it which are shipped eggs and I just checked on them and they are tilted the same way they have been every time I’ve looked so I decided to do an egg turning test, well it did nothing. I checked to make sure the cord for the egg turner was plugged in properly and it is. My days were reset when I set the new eggs and my baskets are in the grooves properly. My motor for the turner must have gone out. For what I spent on this incubator I believe it should work properly more than one use. I’m quite upset with this purchase.

Absolutely love this incubator. Very easy to use, keeping heat & humidity stable throughout the entire 21 days. I’ve hatched a few times using this Incubator and have 99% hatch rate! Thats amazing. Eggs that didn’t hatch were not viable eggs.Easy clean up too.Only wish the candling light was a bit brighter to see through those deep pigments of dark brown or blue eggs.Highly recommend spending the money and buying a quality incubator.

The Chickcozy 25 Egg Incubator has a lot of well-designed features that make it stand out. While it’s not super large, you’ll still need a decent amount of space for it. One of my favorite things about this incubator is that it holds the eggs upright instead of laying them on their sides. This is especially useful for shipped eggs, as it helps the air sac stabilize after a bumpy journey.Some other thoughtful design choices I love:✔️ High interior walls – When you open the lid, newly hatched chicks don’t immediately spill out.✔️ Lid handle – A simple but very convenient feature I didn’t realize I needed until now.✔️ Non-slip mat – Helps prevent splay leg in chicks, which is a great addition.That said, my main complaint is the limited space inside. Once you remove the eggs from the turners for lockdown and lay them on their sides, things get pretty cramped. A little extra room would have made this incubator perfect.Is It Worth It?I think this incubator is a great choice, especially if you hatch shipped eggs frequently. The upright positioning, combined with the humidity control and egg candler, makes for a well-rounded unit. If you can work around the space issue during lockdown, I’d definitely recommend it!
