Germicide
I can't test this for efficacy but it did a good job cleaning my air conditioner from what I see and smell. Didn't have any negative effects or breathing issues while using this product. I had mildew in my vents and this got rid of it.

A good combination of chemicals for the stated purpose. Contains Quats. You'll need a sprayer.
This is 99.55% nothing (most likely water) and three ingredients make up the other 0.45% (these ingredients are listed on the front of the bottle, clearly pictured in the listing). For my own purposes I have researched these three ingredients and it seems to me they are the correct ingredients for the stated purpose of disinfecting HVAC systems. The product smells clean – the scent is quite mild. It should not disturb anyone in the house. The instructions for the various uses are straightforward and clearly written (also pictured in the listing). It can work as a surface cleaner too. The only annoyance is you do need your own sprayer in order to get this into your HVAC system. I would recommend a hand-pump pressure sprayer rather than a trigger sprayer, as you’ll need to spray in a good amount to do the correct coating of the internal surfaces of your HVAC. I’ll personally dedicate a sprayer for this purpose, but doing so is an added expense if you don’t have one already.
