One of the best watches for the money
The media could not be loaded. One of the best watches for the money I have seen for quite a while. Just to set the stage, I am a WIS by nature (those into watches know what I mean). Over the last 30 years I have owned dozen of Rolexes in addition to Omegas, IWC's, Sinn's, U-N's, etc. plus many less expensive Seiko's, Hamilton's, etc. I only own automatics. You name it and I have probably owned it at some point. The point being, I have a lot of experience with watches of all price ranges.Just a few days ago I saw this watch on Amazon and decided to buy it before driving to Texas on a family trip. Before the trip I carefully set the time to the second to match my "atomic clock". Over the course of 5 days the watch only lost 12 seconds...a great tribute to the 24 jewel Seiko NH34 movement. The watch is comfortable and the watch band is easily adjustable. I had to remove one link to fit my wrist. The case is thicker than a typical dive/tool watch. I attribute that to the GMT movement requiring more space. The watch hands are luminous although I have not tested them to see how long it lasts. I like GMT's and have always appreciated their utility when changing time zones. The bezel is stiff but accurate. The dial is plain but legible and the date centers nicely in the date window on the dial. What else can you ask for?For the money this watch is hard to beat. I'm going to buy a non-GMT before the prices go up. BTW I have no affiliation with the company, was not paid, did not get the watch for free, etc. I'm just sharing my appreciation for a nice value for money automatic watch. Automatics are the only watches worth having! :-)

GREAT WATCH VERY REASONABLE
I collect watches I buy and sell often I have owned well over 200 I currently have 40 .OMEGA seamster is my most expensive rarely do I buy a watch with a retail under 500 many between 1000 and 2000. I came across this watch and it is very similar to the Omega commander special edition size weight specs and automatic movement sapphire crystal. at about 100th of the price.THIS IS A NICE WATCH GET ONE BEFORE THE COMPANY TAKES OFF AND THE PRICE DOUBLES TRIPLES. YOU MAY NOT KNOW RATIO WATCHS BUT YOU WILL

Feels Great/Looks Elegant
This watch looks and feels like one that could be a great deal more money! It's classy, feels great on my wrist, has a wonderful and comfortable clap. and the bezel works a s it should. I am extremely pleased with it. I did have to remove two links to make it fit though. This is to be expected, and I had the tool to do so. If you do not, a jeweler can do this for a very low cost quickly.

great value GMT automatic diver watch
This is my 5th Ratio diver watch. My other four are larger between 44 and 47mm and I wanted to try a smaller one, this one being 40mm. I have an 8 inch (20.3 cm) wrist and I was just able to put it on without removing any links and setting the micro adjust to the largest position.I took my own measurements:40.5mm diameter case, 43.5mm with the signed crown (pi symbol)48mm lug to lug, 20mm lug width14mm thickness from screw down case back to flat sapphire crystal155.4 grams with all 6 removable full links installedThe bracelet tapers down from 20mm to 16mm with an 18mm double button triple deployant clasp with a signed safety (pi symbol). The clasp appears stamped rather than milled and the 6 removable links use cotter pins instead of screws. There are 3 micro-adjustment positions on the clasp. The links and end links are solid and the bracelet fully articulates flat and wears comfortably. This has the Seiko NH34 movement with date and GMT functions and 21,600 bph and 41 hours of power reserve. My smartphone watch accuracy app provided the following metrics:face up: 0 sec/day beat error 0.6msface down: -1 sec/day beat error 0.5mscrown up: -2 sec/day beat error 0.6mscrown down: -5 sec/day beat error 0.7msThese results are well within this movement's specified -20 to +40 sec/day.This an office GMT and not a traveler's GMT. The aluminum insert bezel is marked with 24 hours and can be used to track a third time zone. The bezel is a 120 click unidirectional with a coin edge. It's difficult to turn using just the edge as the bezel is quite thin so I find it easier to press down on the surface of the bezel and use that friction to turn it. The bezel clicks audibly and is perfectly aligned with the inner hour index without any back play at all.The crown has guards to protect it and is screw down for improved water resistance. The first position is to set the GMT hand and date and the second for the time. The second hand hacks and since it's an automatic movement will self-wind with motion. The lume is on the hour/minute hands, hour markers, GMT's arrow head, and the 12 o'clock pip on the bezel. The rectangular lumes around the dial are actually the reflections from the hour markers against the surface of the inner case side. The brightness is quite strong at the beginning but dims quite a bit at the 5 minute mark. However, it's still very legible. The case and bracelet finishing is an appealing mix of polished and brushed surfaces and I like the red and blue coloring of the bezel. A nice additional detail is that the border on the hour hand is blue and the minute hand is red. And the GMT hand is red with blue bordering the GMT arrowhead. The hour markers are white and blend into the white dial, but it's assisted with steel edging to provide some delineation. If I didn't have my other 4 Ratio watches that I gave 5 stars to each, then I would've given this a 5 star as well. But since it has some cheaper components (milled clasp, cotter pins, weaker lume performance, fully lumed and/or ceramic bezels), I have to dock it a star in comparison. However, this is an amazing value for the specifications. Stainless steel case and bracelet with a sapphire crystal, an automatic Seiko movement with a date and GMT functions, excellent accuracy, and stellar construction and finishing with 200 meters of water resistance for such a ridiculously low price. A big brand name would charge at least twice as much! Just be warned that this will NOT fit anyone with wrist size larger than 8 inches. Ultimately, I give this a 4.5 star review, giving half a star back for its tremendous value.
