These are a great price, especially for the amount you get, but they do have a few issues. The smell is intense initially but easy enough to overlook, and they have a really great stick to them so they don't fall off, but they aren't fantastic for pain relief and they do tend to leave a red mark too.

Uso estos parches para aliviar migrañas hace mucho tiempo. Dentro de la caja vienen empaquetados individualmente. Tienen buena cantidad de gel y se sujetan bien, que he probado otros que apenas tienen gel y se caen en nada. Seguiré comprándolos. De la misma marca hay 2 formatos de caja, y la foto que sale es diferente, pero son iguales por dentro. Espero te sea útil esta info. Saludos

No cooling effect! These stick well, but they're a tiny bit cool for maybe 5 minutes. After that it's just minty room temperature gel.

Ich habe das Produkt eigentlich nur als Ergänzung für heiße Tage gekauft aber es hat sich als absoluter Gamechanger gegen Migräne entpuppt! Das Pflaster ist super angenehm auf der Haut, klebt gut, aber lässt sich auch ohne Probleme wieder entfernen, ohne Rückstände oder Reizungen. Die kühlende Wirkung hält bei mir über Stunden an – und das, ohne in den Kühlschrank zu müssen. Gerade bei Migräne-Attacken, wenn jede Bewegung zu viel ist, ist das eine riesige Erleichterung. Ich nutze es auch bei Spannungskopfschmerzen, Hitzewallungen oder wenn ich einfach mal runterkommen will z. B. während der PMS Phase oder bei langen Bildschirmzeiten. 📌 Tipp: Ich schneide die Pads manchmal zurecht, wenn ich nur einen kleinen Bereich kühlen möchte (z. B. Stirn oder Nacken).
