Pillow did have a smell to it when arrived hard to explain but it was the foam, I just fabreezed it 24hrs before I used it and all good. I am a scrunched like the pillow in crook of neck, have tried many normal pillows with little success. This one however is doing the trick with comfort and good night sleep. It is a firm pillow but as foam pieces fluffy up and molds nicely, and supports my neck.

I needed a soft yet supportive pillow as I get a lot of headaches as a result of neck position when sleeping. For me, this pillow felt too firm....i wanted to sink into it but didn't......but that is only my view and appreciate everyone is different. I love this pillow, I have struggled for years to find a pillow that has support, but is soft, it literally moulds to you. I fidget alot and sleep on all sides, predominantly a tummy sleeper and this pillow moves with me and provides comfort and support no matter what side im sleeping on love it!!!

Pillow is ideal for me. Ive got to be up high cos of my breathing & this pillow helps.

I only got this this week and zip has broke on the cover all ready not good at all

It's a matter of choice, I bought two. My partner likes a fluffy pillow and didn't get on with. I like a more firm head support and for me it's great. I turn the pillow over each day and sleep very well on it.Good quality and it is inside a washable cover, for me excellent value.
