The Magnificent I Can Read Music Book

Not sure about this book. I brought it along with a recorder and another simpler reading music book for children. Out of the two books my son (6) found the other one much easier to understand. Whilst he enjoyed this book and we still look through it (he loves pulling all the tabs) I think he has learnt more about reading music from the other book. Each page of this book is packed full of information perhaps a little too busy? Whilst this book makes a good accompaniment I'm glad I brought another book too.

useful, informative, cute and fun...perfect for grandchild, starting violin..

Excellent book for kids! My niece loves all the pop up bits. A book you can re visit and learn something more each time.

This was such a bargain and it was in very good condition. This will be a much more fun way for my daughter to learn about music.

I have a copy of this book and the battery is not working can some one tell me how I can change it ?The instuctions on the book are not clear.. So how do we do this ?

These pop up books are fantastic. So much information given in small manageable 'bites' - super value but use carefully with young children as they get so excited about all the 'bits' to lift/pull/turn

This is a lovely book. It's beautiful, entertaining and educational, butI bought it for my daughter for last christmas and was dissappointed to find the batteries for the keyboard in the back of the book didn't work. We managed to find replacement batteries and it still doesn't work properly as the batteries that were included in the book had corroded ...So, when buying the book, make sure you buy a new book that hasn't been sitting arround for a long time.
