Good shoe, but run with socks
The Tempus 02 is a great running shoe. The only thing that is a issue for me is the tongue does not have eyelet for the laces. The problem resides in when run the tongue slips under and the laces start to cut your circulation top of the foot. That just happened to me yesterday 25/05/25 in a sprint triathlon event. I guess using socks prevents the tongue slide under but should have an eyelet as all other running shoes has for fast transitions (without socks).

Excellent running shoe
I have selected this one after trying so many brands. Coming from an Adidas Supernova into a Tempus I was a bit unsure. But I Love the pronation support. The shoe fits so well and does not seem to be unnecessary bulky. Only thing I would improve is if it was a bit more breathable.

Best stability shoe!
Best stability shoe there is. Super comfortable and true to size. Even if you’re not looking for stability you can’t go wrong with this shoe.

weird fit
I'm a huge fan of the Ride series....I've put a few thousand miles in wearing them. Went out on a limb to try the Tempus 2. Never even took them for a spin because the upper (where the laces stop at the ankle) is very prominent and digs into the front of the ankle.

Disappointed with Comfort – Causes Foot Pain
I had high hopes for the Saucony Men's Tempus 2, but unfortunately, the shoe did not meet my expectations. Despite its sleek design and promising features, I found it uncomfortable during both short and long runs. The main issue is the foot pain it caused, especially in the arch and heel areas. The cushioning felt uneven, and the support structure seemed too aggressive for my foot type. I tried adjusting lacing and socks, but the discomfort persisted. If you're sensitive to fit or prone to foot discomfort, I recommend trying this shoe in-store first or considering alternatives with more forgiving support and cushioning. It might work for some, but it wasn’t the right choice for me.
