Good value
I like that it combines Calcium, D3, K2 and B12, to cut down on having all of those vitamins in different bottles. Value for $$ is very good for the amount of pills. Size of the pills are a bit large [all calcium pills I've ever used are large] and a bit of a tough go for swallowing if you don't like taking pills. I can get them down okay. As for effectiveness and quality, I haven't noticed much difference, but I've been taking all of the vitamins that are in there for a while now. I've cut down on the clutter on my counter.

Good price for the quantity
I wanted calcium and I ordered what seemed the most economical but the pills are huge and sometimes they are hard to swallow I have to have something to eat to get them down

Not sure what kind of K2 MK7
Pros: Get calcium, D3, K7 all in one, and B12 as a side benefit.Cons: The label doesn't indicate type of K2 MK7 (cis or trans), so I have to take a trans menaquinone-7 supplement along with it. It can make a difference whether the calcium ends up in the right place. Also these don't seem to be coated and since their big it's like swallowing a quarter stick of chalk... they can get stuck in your throat.

Tastes Terrible
Terrible aftertaste. Chalky.. xtra lg size. Good Price. Good Ingredients mix. I need two, but I can only handle 1, so fingers crossed it works. I won’t buy again on purpose

Can't swallow!
These pills were impossible for me to swallow! I even tried cutting them in half and I still couldn't get them to go down. I am 77 yo and have never had a single problem swallowing any pill.Amazon would not let me return them. I'm not surprised. It makes sense to me.

Just as good as big name
We find that there is no difference between these and the big name calcium except in the price. We will continue to purchase this.
