Very happy, the company is very helpful, I received a US plug and they happily gave me a UK plug. Audio works great, overall, awesome Interface. Would recommend.

There is a known problem affecting all Scarlett 4th Gen 16i16 and 18i16 units. Focusrite knows about the defect, but continues to sell the units before a fix has been sorted out.The problem affecting all units is that under certain conditions, the power switch is in the off position, but the unit is still lit up.The problem occurs when you have the following situation:• Ensure the power switch is in the off position 1st• If you unit came with a USB cable to PC which had an adapter on, take the adapter off, so the cable is in USB-C to USB-A configuration, or use a dedicated USB-C to USB-A cable. Do not plug it into the computer though.• Connect the power supply to the 5 V DC port• Connect the USB-C cable to 18i6’s USB (data) port• Do not connect the USB-A cable to anythingAt this point, all Scarlett 4th Gen 16i16 and 18i16 units will power on, with the switch in the off position. This is not normal behaviour and is a defect. Trust me, if you follow the steps correctly, your unit will light up like a Christmas tree with the power in the off position. Defective... all defective!!!!!I have been back and forth with Focusrite customer service. They are not in direct communication with the developers who are trying to fix this issue. When I ask multiple times for a timeline when the fix will come, they are guarded and won't escalate my questions to the developers, and we keep going around in circles with no answer given. My only recourse right now is to return the 4th Gen 18i16 and get the unit that is one-up or go for a competitor brand. I will certainly be looking at the alternatives as a result of 3 weeks of no answers from Focusrite customer support. They are all duds, I am told, so I advise that no one buy either of these until they confirm a fix. Anyone who bought one should email Focusrite and ask for a replacement one if past the return date.
