This book is a must to travel to Great Britain. Always buy the most recent to keep up. Rick will keep you up on the up and up in Great Britain. Definitely have recommended this book many times.

Excellent tour guide for Great Britain
The book is wonderful. Rick Steves showed us the best places to stay, how to make entry appointments so you don't have to stand in line, many places to go off the beaten path that many don't know about, and when we show them this book, some hotels give you free breakfast every day for the length of your stay. That is quite nice in gb, as so many things are expensive especially in London.

Make sure all pages are there!
We love using Rick Steves (and likely not their fault), but 30 pages were missing in the book....entire section for Cambridge and Windsor. We didn't notice the missing pages until after the 30-day return date, so Amazon left me high-and-dry. Kind of hard to use the book when later on you figure out that a major portion is simply missing. Lol.The binding is fine, so it wasn't obvious that a section was missing until we were really reading that one section in detail.

got for my momma bc she's obsessed with these countries. love rick steve books - have one for italy in preparation for a trip a while back and it was very helpful. better than having to search on the internet.
