I was having trouble sleeping, or staying asleep, or feeling rested upon waking up. These work pretty well. Their about the size of a quarter and the directions are clear as to where you can place them on your body. They stick well as long as the skin is clean and dry. I’ve not experienced any issues with irritation or it moving or falling off. I recently switched from a night shift to day shift and needed something to help shift my sleep pattern. Give yourself about an hour or so and you’ll feel it starting to work. Also helps me sleep throughout the night, whereas before I had issues with broken sleep. Highly recommend

This is a great product. I have tried other sleep aids, over the counter gummies and pills. The gummies and pills work well for a few hours, but I would often wake up after 4 hours and be unable to go back to sleep. With the patches I have been able to consistently get7 hours of sleep every night. Occasionally I will wake up during the night, but I quickly go back to sleep within 5 minutes. There is no groggy or fuzzy feeling the next morning. They have truly been the best sleep helper I have had.

These sleep patches work so great. I used to have to take melatonin and it had me feeling super drowsy so I wanted to find a alternative so I tryed these they had me falling asleep in about 30 minutes or so and when I woke up in the mourning I felt great and ready to go they also smell super good and it’s very soothing. Another thing to add, is that you can’t even really tell that it’s on you and it didn’t bother me at all.

I have been using these patches for 60 days now. They have helped me sleep and I would’ve liked to continue using them. Unfortunately, I’ve developed a bad allergic rash to the adhesive in the last 10 days, which takes over a week to clear. Buyers beware if you suffer from sensitive skin.

I didn’t notice much improvement in helping me fall asleep, but I may have slept through the night better. The patent stayed on all night without issues. My main issue was that I had cdisturbing dreams each night I used these. I will not be buying again.
