We are all trying this brands orange dream flavor and love it. We tried a more expensive pre-workout powder from transparency labs but it tasted horrible, we greatly prefer the flavor of this product along with its caffeine kick to unleash beast workouts. No jitters or anxiety was noticed from using this wonderful product just noticed it gives a great pump!

Ghost Legend is, without a doubt, my go-to pre-workout. I’ve cycled through countless brands, but I always come back to this one because it offers the perfect balance. The energy is clean and sustained, preventing the typical mid-workout crash or jitters, and the pumps are consistently satisfying. What truly sets it apart, though, are the incredible flavors—it genuinely tastes like a treat. For anyone needing a reliable, effective, and delicious boost before hitting the gym, Ghost Legend is the clear winner.

This thing gets 5 stars on flavor alone.. Is bubbalicious the best flavor to choose from? Well if you're into the flavor sure, for me it wasn't the best choice but IT TASTES! like advertised! It doesn't promise "Cotton Candy Grape" flavor while tasting instead like robitussin thats gone bad... Rant about flavor done, now going to performance I feel good energy while working out I feel a bit of tingle that didn't use to happen with the other brand.

I love Ghost energy drinks. Figured for the price I’d give their pre workout a shot. I have mixed results. The taste is definitely great I just have had some mild stim feeling and also not so much of a response to this. I may be slightly off or just used to very strong PWs. I usually scoop 80-90% of a full scoop. I’ll try to go just over a full scoop and see if there’s a stronger response. The first time I tried it I felt a little kick. But after using for almost a week I’m not feeling it as much. I will update my review. It’s a great buy for how expensive PWs are getting. But if you’re adjusted to stim style products this might be a little lighter for you at 1 scoop.

I love ghost flavors, they’re a brand that really focuses on things tasting great (maybe except the Oreo protein powder but this isn’t about that). This stuff is sour and gets me pretty hyped. I take C4 regularly and this stuff definitely gives me the tingles - I don’t mind a lil itch it’s just my body saying it’s time to pick up something heavy. I’ve reordered a few times already, love this stuff!

One of the best tasting prework outs ive tried. But the scoop is much larger so it does need to be mixed well

Tastes good but minimal effectiveness. The flavor of this preworkout is really good. It mixes moderately well, requiring a bit of vigorous stirring to get the chunks to dissolve (or at least float long enough to drink). I get very little impact with this powder though. I don't get any jitters, I don't get any energy, I don't get any motivation, I don't feel a pump, it's basically like I just got caffeine from any other source. I started mixing it with other preworkouts to get a better impact while retaining good flavor and getting a good mixture of the substances I'm after. If you combine this with others it's pretty good. If not, it's just meh at best. I won't be buying it again, but wouldn't turn it down if a friend offered it to me for free.

I purchased the Blue Raspberry flavour and really love the taste, the pump I feel on this is better and longer lasting than other (more expensive) pre workouts I've tried. I feel stronger and more focused, the pump I get in my arms is ridiculous, and I've noticed considerably more vascularity. I was previously using Kaged Pre-Kaged, and IMO Ghost is superior is respect of pump during workouts and doesn't seem to affect my sleep like Kaged does. I'm definitely buying more Ghost Legend when I finish this tub.

This might actually be the best all around preworkout. Really good doses of citrulline and caffeine and doesn't make you crash like other preworkouts I've tried. lasted me through 2 hour workouts and gets you pretty fired up. Goated pre.
