As good (and bad) as the big brand.
This works just as well as the brand name and it's cheaper. Unfortunately it also tastes as bad as the brand name. This is who's idea of orange?But it works great.

As Good As the Name Brands
Works as well as the name brands for a better price. The family didn't think it tasted any better or worse either. Good value product.

Keeps the peace with nighttime coughs
All my friends were converts to Delsym....and if I'm rooming with them, I definitely want them to use it when we're travelling.

Not for cough due to asthma
I gave it 4 stars because it did not work for me, it is important to say that if you have a cough make dure that is not asthma, it makes me feel worst because of sugar, the reason of my cough was asthma not a cold or a flu. I can not give a review about the accurance of this but I can help with this Warning about asthma

Works as more expensive brands
This cough syrup works as good as more expensive brands. It generally cuts my cough down for 8 hours instead of 12 but still works great.

Grape flavor tastes great
This is a quality cough medicine that does what it says it will do. My son specifically asks for the grape flavor because he says it tastes the best. During cold season we keep this stocked in our pantry. Definitely recommend it.
