I've been taking SmartyPants gummy vitamins for a few years--this brand specifically was recommended to me by my doctor as a multivitamin that's comprehensive and has a more absorbable form of folate. As gummy vitamins go, these taste good, have a pleasant texture, and smell fine. They never upset my stomach or really cause any problems of any kind. I don't really notice a difference when I'm taking vitamins versus when I'm not taking vitamins, but when I've had labs done my vitamin levels are never low, so they must be working I guess! This is the first bottle I've bought of the new formula, and I have to say I'm pleased with it! The gummies are smaller and you take fewer per dose, so they're a better value.

I love all the great nutrients and vitamins in these, but why are they so sweet? I’m not 5 — I don’t want sugary sweet gummy snacks. And you have to take 6, so it’s way too much sugar and way too sweet. I guess I need the sugar-free version.

Love these vitamins, I am really bad with regular vitamins I would take them randomly but these taste great? They have good supplements, they smell yummy and I have no digestive issues.

These are the first multivitamins I actually look forward to taking. The fruity flavor is delicious, and taking 3 a day feels more like a treat than a chore. After a few weeks, I noticed better energy, clearer focus, and even some subtle improvements in my hair and nails. No stomach issues either — even when I take them without food! Love that they’re non-GMO, include Omega-3s, and use methylated folate and B12 for better absorption. No junk ingredients, just clean, effective nutrition.
