Tunnel poles too long
The tent was fine except for the poles used to support the sides of the accompanying tunnel. They are made too long. I could not fit them into the pockets without them sticking out. Very dangerous for kids with the poles sticking out though. I had to get a partial refund for the tunnel since I could not use. The sellers were very courteous and were kind enough to refund me without me shipping back this very awkward package. I was going to throw it out but a friend asked for it to try to fix it for her kids. I was ok with that since the tunnel material itself was fine and felt bad throwing it out. She managed to cut the poles down by removing cap, scoring them with wire cutters, breaking off the cut off piece, untying the elastic knot, slipping off the piece, retying the knot and re applying the cap. The poles were short enough then to seat in the pocket. I wish I was that handy. I do hope the sellers change the length of the poles as the customers should not have to go to such lengths to make THEIR product work. The tent was perfect and I had no issue with it. I will however say that the sellers gave great service and I would consider buying from them again. I hope they read this so they make some adjustments to their product.

Your toddler will love it!
This is great! Arrived faster than expected considering the unfortunate situation with this pandemic. Exactly as pictured and only took 10 minutes to completely assemble. My 2 year old loves it. I was originally going to buy her a typical princess tent to hide n play but this is much better as she especially LOVES crawling though the tunnel. It will also make for good water fun in the summer time, set it up in the yard, put a sprinkler over it and let the kiddos enjoy.*update*Unfortunately after only a day, the rods that fit into the sleeves of the tunnel to keep it taut and open, completely poked holes through the fabric. I ended up just collapsing the tunnel back down and putting it away. Trying to decide if I should contact customer service or try to patch up the holes with needle and thread and some sturdier fabric. Even though the rods have rounded ends on them, they fit so tightly into the sleeves that the fabric simply can't hold up. The fabric needs to be tougher on the ends, or the rods need to be a bit shorter. Unfortunate since my toddler loved the little tunnel and had it taken away after just a day.

Great playhouse, not-so-great tunnel
Im going to start by saying my son and his cousin absolutely love this playhouse and DID love the tunnel. Unfortunately, our tunnel didn’t last long (maybe a week and a half) because of the poles poking through both ends on the top. It was a great tunnel while it lasted (even though it barely lasted two weeks...), and the playhouse is still standing! We use ours as a little ball pit and my son just sits in there and plays away. Not worth all the money, especially after breaking, but it’s a decent product.

Great playhouse
When putting the poles in the tunnel it was hard to figure out where to put them. Had a hard time finding the holes. My son is only 19 months and the poles are sticking out of the tunnel. Won't stay in, can't use tunnel because I'm afraid of them poking my son. Need a better way to put poles in tunnel and have a flap that keeps them in. I love the playhouse- no issues with it.

Stitching breaks easily that keeps rods in place
Our one year old absolutely loves it. She uses it daily in her play space. Loves to ask what each animal is printed up on the material. Disappointed it has required duct tape to keep rods in after only a couple months of use. Was hoping this could be something she could use until she was 4-5 years old. Hasn’t had any rough housing done to it, just poor quality stitching of material. We did at least find some aqua colored duct tape to try to keep it looking ok. Great look and idea. Wish it was better quality.

Waste of money
I bought this for my son to be one year old tomorrow. He loves tunnels and tents playing with balls. But I don’t think this is kid appropriate. At least in the safety department. I just put it together and it’s already ripped. The top car will come loose and probably snap your little ones finger or face. I’m not even sure I will be able to use the tunnel. Extremely extremely extremely disappointing.

Super huge for the price
Well first off its HUGE! Like the tent is as tall as i am and i am 5'4". It was sort of hard to put together since the rods that go in the tunnel were hard to slip in. But everything else was easy. But there was no instructions in the box or bag.It already has some tiny tears or shredding i can tell because i see little blue strings all over my capret also.

Good fun toy; Not great durability
My daughter loves this tent and tunnel. She has had it about 2 weeks. She loves playing with the tent and calls it "her house". She doesn't like the tunnel as much but still goes through it a couple times a day.The tent part that she spend by far the most time is looks exactly like when we opened it. However, the tunnel already has one of the non-removable side supports break through the "reinforced " stitching. It's still safe to play with right now but if more break through we will have to get rid of the tunnel.
