Will this product make stonger skin on foilage, or make plants resilient to. Spider mites and aphids?

Silica helps plants build stronger cell walls and thus helps them be more resistant to pests, but it isn't a cure all type of solution. I would recommend that you look into how to raise the overall Brix level in your plants to offer the most resilience.

Can I use this to spray on my plant rather then soak it?

i use it as a foliar. it is harsh on spray bottles and way less is more. a tiny bit really works good luck
