It's a good ceiling mount for your heavy punching bag. It will certainly last a long time, and will provide ample support, if your ceiling is good. It would be ideal to install it in a wooden beam in your garage, as a normal ceiling may not be able to endure the kinetic shock coming from your punches. Meister seems like the best brand for these kind of products. I highly recommend it.

I wanted a sturdy kick bag bracket to attach to a steel in the roof of my garage. I don’t want to be faffing with it every year or so, I wanted something that installed once and stayed in place for years. I think this bracket is exactly that. It was very simple to install, it came with two wood bolts but as I was going into steel I swapped those out for two M12 bolts - I did need to slightly widen the holes in the bracket to fit these, M8 fitted fine but I wanted the reassurance of the bigger bolts. I’ve added a heavy spring just to take some of the strain.I considered many other brackets before settling on this one and I’m pleased with my purchase.

I have went through quite a few bag brackets but this one is the best for heavy bags at home. Just find a decent joist to fix it and it does the job perfect. Swivel turns smoothly to take pressure off the fixings. I hung mine with straps instead of chains to limit noise . Works perfect

This product was purchase for use in our home/garage gym to hang a heavy bag. We also purchased the spring separate (same brand) and are very happy with our set up. It has been a couple months of use now with zero issues.

Mounted to my ceiling by way of a 2*6 board across 3 joists. Feels very solid and overkill for a 70lbs bag. I have confidence I can go higher

Mi saco anda cerca de los 80 kilos y este soporte le va muy bien. Claro que tengo la ventaja de que está atornillado a una viga de hierro. Sobre otro tipo de techo no me fiaría tanto, creo que hubiera preferido una pletina en forma de cruz y con cuatro puntos de fijación en vez de solo dos. Pero bueno, con un soporte sólido no hay tacha que ponerle, es muy fuerte y gira muy bien, sin ruido ninguno. Se nota que tiene rodamientos.

Hung a bag in the garage with this and it's holding strong. Was honestly suprised at the feel of it wasn't expecting it to be as sturdy as it is. Overall good value and worked perfectly for the punching bag.
