Psychoeducation dream! Great for my office, very helpful and perfect quality.

The item around bent and that was a bit disappointing. It’s a nice emotions map; useful. It’s a back and front layout. It gives the map and tells you how you can use it. The information is helpful. As someone who is obsessed with the human experience, understanding emotions as guide is such a key… and being able to support others in their understanding is a plus. Though the item came bent and I don’t think I’ll display it, the information on it is helpful.There is also a QC code to access a PDF resource related to the topic. Depending on how you plan to use it will determine if you should buy. The information is there but the quality of it is not great. Better off getting a pdf and printing it yourself.

I like the way this easily aligns emotions with words that can help you figure out why you might be feeling a certain way. Definitely useful to help kids learn to understand and cope with emotions better.It's by no means a complete guide but a starting point to help learn. There are lots of other more in depth options that can be used for further learning.

The content on this sheet is helpful, but the text is small and unless I'm in a brightly lit area, it is difficult to read. There's a section where medium purple was used as the fill color in a table and the text within the cells is black and not bolded, so reading that area is a chore. I was hoping to be able to show the emotional compass graphic to clients during Zoom calls, but because of the color scheme and size of the text, they can't really make it out. I've resorted to scanning it into a digital format which made me realize I could've created something like this myself. I've had other MetaFox products that are similar - I like the content which is useful but the graphic design and lack of durability in the packaging/format are lacking.It feels like laminated paper and is very thin. I slid it in between two books on my bookshelf not realizing until later that a corner caught and I inadvertently placed a permanent crease in one corner. I thought iw as more durable than it is.

I wanted to use these for some work reated activities, but this was fiolded over. Since it was lamenated, it had a bubbled crease. That shows up even if I scan this in.

i have a certification in life coaching, I was hoping this would be a nice tool for my clients. I found it difficult to use.

This is a double sided, laminated print out that offers good advice and clear instructions on self help. Exactly what I was looking for.

Product itself is great and just as described. It says A4 which is really legal size. No issue with item. It is not super thick but it is laminated and has useful content. Unfortunately it was thrown in a bubble bag and arrived wrinkled and crumpled on edge. Not sure if that was from manufacturer or due to shipping. Still recommend this.
