I bought this lens protector back in September, and it worked great for months. Recently, I accidentally cracked it when I placed my phone lens-side down on a textured surface and moved it slightly. The lens protector absorbed the impact but developed a crack, which later let in a bit of humidity and affected my camera.I reached out to the company’s customer support, explained the situation, sent them a photo of the cracked protector, and included my order number. They responded quickly, were super friendly, and offered to send me a replacement under their warranty. They even used expedited shipping so I could get it fast.The protector itself did exactly what it was supposed to—protect my actual camera lenses. I’m glad it cracked instead of the phone lens itself, which would’ve been a much more expensive problem.Just a heads-up: depending on the case you’re using, the lens protector may stick out slightly. I use an OtterBox Lumen series case, and the lens cover was just barely raised above the case edge, which might have made it more vulnerable to pressure.Overall, I’m extremely happy with the product and especially the customer service. I took a chance on these protection covers for the lenses of my iPhone 16 Pro. I picked the Desert color. They matched perfectly and fit just right. The directions to apply were easy. No issues to report. They have my recommendation.

Product is great and very robust. I did have an issue though, but it was immediately remedied by their support team. Without ever dropping my phone I experienced a slight crack in one of the protective lenses. I reached out to their customer service and provided them a picture. Not only did they replace it for free but they paid for expedited shipping. It’s nice to see customer service like this still exists.

They really protect and stay on just what I needed . Value of money well spent is quality and crack resistant alignment fit.

I just went to the Apple store thinking I had shattered my camera lens. It was going to cost me 200.000 to fix, but I had to do it. When I got there, they told me I had lens protectors on- they popped them off, and my lenses were perfect. I don't even remember putting these on, but I'm back here to order another set because they worked so well!
