Great 👍
Great tofu, as is can make a lovely fully cooked scrambled egg texture, if pressed can be a very versatile tofu/bean curd.

Essential item for vegan/ vegetarian food
Tofu,is an essential food item for our household.I always press it longer than recommended by Cauldron, the longer the pressing time, the firmer the texture.I use it for stir-frys,as a replacement for chicken and for paneer cheese. It absorbs spices and flavours very well, absolutely ideal for Indian food.

great flavour
Love this tofu! Flavour is much better than the ones I found in Chinatown, (though firmer) and great for pan-frying. A bit too tough for soup, so I recommend to try soft ones for soup.

Perfect for making tofu burgers
Its very firm texture is perfect for making tofu burgers, steak, cheese, and mince, where you need the firmness.

No good
It's drenched in liquid and is too soft and brittle to easily be dried out with a cheese cloth. The Dragonfly tofu is leaps and bounds better than this. It just doesn't firm up and is more like a cross between firm and silken. It also seems to go off very quickly.
