Sticks to the tongue
Good price, but can't believe someone is still making pills without easy to swallow coating.

Hard to Swallow
Came through the letter box, excellent packaging and a very clever idea to put them in a slim case, easy to store. Just ordered my 2nd batch. They ARE chalky as said by others and therefore stick to the tonge, and the round shape is old school nowadays. I am Trans.. its only been 1 month but I think my hair is growing thicker but can't vouch for the baldness reshaping (too early) certainly easier than Pumpkin seed with all its calories. I have noticed a slight drop in libedo, but if you aren't a young thirsty boy you won't care. These need to be capsules at this strength, I am taking these with Pueraria Mirifica Capsules (for those who have similar agenda) and I have no side effects from this dual team. I take 2 in the morning with food and 2 at bedtime. If they were caps I would give them 5 stars.
