Absolutely brilliant. My wife is an amateur mixologist, and this was the perfect pick-me-up gift after a rough week at work. We have been experimenting with different smoke infusions, and I have even started smoking my beers. (Darker beers are better enhanced by the experience, FYI. My Belgian Trippel proved, disappointing).My one suggestion, if you ever revise your design, would be to include some kind of fill meter on the torch. I have no idea of the tank capacity, and worry about over-filling it.

Just purchased a couple weeks ago but so far ist a great smoker with many different flavor wood chips. Easy to use and make my Old Fashions taste great! I would definitely recommend
