Fridge Cooling Issue and Poor Service Experience
We purchased a Whirlpool 265 L 3 Star IntelliFresh Inverter Frost-Free Double Door Refrigerator on 14th October 2021. Recently, we are facing an issue where the normal section is not cooling, while the deep freezer is working fine.We contacted your service center, and a technician visited our home. He inspected the fridge and mentioned that there was ice around the cooling fan. He cleared it and charged Rs. 500 for the service. However, the same issue reappeared after just 2 days.When we tried to contact the same technician again, he spoke very rudely and questioned us for calling him, saying, “Why are you calling me? I have no work with you.”We then contacted the Kadapa district service center, but received no proper response. We also reached out to the Rajampet service center, and they asked us to pay Rs. 5000 to replace the PCW board. When we requested them to at least recheck the issue since the freezer is working fine, they disconnected the call and spoke very rudely again.Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, no one has resolved the issue, and we are extremely disappointed with the service. We chose Whirlpool believing in its brand value and product quality, but this experience has left us frustrated and regretful.

An additional voltage stabilizer is required to save the internal circuitry from rapid fluctuations in power supply.

dont put exchange in your old product
Product is ok. But dont put exchange in your old product. they are cheating. Amazon given more exchange price. but Exchange team cheat with customer they are taking scrab price. So, I dont like exchange

This frige is very nice and the vegetables and fruits was fresh l love this frige. internal glass was best and storage is very nice.Colour was nice l don't know why it has 3 star it deserves 5 star. It doesn't make any noice.

Well designed NON-convertible refrigerator
The media could not be loaded. First important note: This is NOT convertible refrigerator. Convertible usually means you should be able to use the top freezer section as a fridge and store vegetables there. This model doesn't do that (despite adverting as 5-in-1 convertible). Instead it has some gimmicky modes, that too super unintuitive to switch modes. Whirlpool please don't mislead people. I just bought the refrigerator trusting the brand value without going deep into comments section. After knowing that it is not convertible, the brand value to me is destroyed. Now coming to the other review:Pros:- The compressor noise level is very low, I can barely notice it running.- Design is specious as per the size. One extra rack is provided.- The cooling performance is good. I kept it on auto mode, and seems its doing its job - keeping my veggies fresh for few days.- The fridge section light is placed at ideal location - able to lit up entire fridge.Cons:- NOT convertible- You need to use combo of a physical rotating knob located inside the freezer, two push buttons located outside (they look like touch buttons, but they aren't) to change the so called "modes". There is no instruction sticker on the refrigerator itself guiding to change the modes. I was unable to find the manual online too. If you loose the physical manual and forget which combo to use to change modes, you are done!- Build quality of the crome bar separating the freezer and the fridge could have been better. It feels cheap and loose.- No light inside the freezer. I see a lot of brands are doing the same.- Its a frost-free model. That means, I shouldn't see any ice buildup inside freezer. But on the top wall of the freezer, I see water droplets are forming and eventually turning into ice. Not to a level that I need manual defrosting, or causing any issue though.Delivery and installation review:- Item was delivered on time, without any damage. Thanks to Amazon.- Installation was done on the next day of delivery. I live in a metro city.- The installation person tried to sell the Whirlpool brand stabilizer. The same is recommended on the user manual. What is the point of "stabilizer free operation"?- Overall the product warranty is only one year. As per the extended warranty quotation provided by the installation person, I fell it is expensive.
