I love this little, easy to use, machine. It really does give you a good workout and it folds up and is easy to put away. I’m older, and trying to get back into shape so I’m really glad I purchased this tool to help me achieve my goals. Definitely worth the price!

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this product. Well not this review!!! All parts are in it(top right corner of one of my pics has the other parts), the quality is a expected, it comes assembled already, and it has some example exercises. I do feel it could be a little cheaper, only because it's not much to it. It's a very simple machine. I'm happy!!!!I wouldn't trust it on carpet, it compromises the integrity of the middle of the board.

This is a rewrite for a previous 2 star review. Originally I wasn't sure if I was going to keep this. Slips around a lot. Pls order non slip pads with this! It is plastic. So please do not expect a heavy duty plastic. Grip sliders can get stuck. Not very much tension. I realize that this is not too bulk you up. The little pad they give you for your knees slips as well. And is not very thick to pad your knees. Decided after several tries, I got better with machine. So I did upgrade it to a 4

I regret purchasing this. It broke after only about five uses. The elastic strand snapped. When I tried to take it apart to fix it, it wouldn’t separate.

Comes fully assembled! Only a few instructions for exercises. Very average quality, plastic pieces! Slides easily on carpet and hardwood floor making some workout moves difficult

This thing is AMAZING! I have been using for 10-15 minutes a day and I already see and feel results after a few weeks. There aren’t many videos on how to use them yet so I’ve been just doing what feels natural but there are more coming around! There is a girl on YouTube who started making a bunch of videos with it. I think beginners to advanced levels of fitness could definitely benefit from this machine! It’s compact, lightweight and simple to set up and use. I am almost 5’11 and it works well for me but I wish it was a tiny bit longer. If you are a shorther than me then I would say it would be perfect! I still get a great work out with it though. I am out of shape, but even 10 minutes a day you can feel it!! Need to put it on top of a rug or yoga mat or it moves around a bit.

Wow. Works great. I’m very impressed. As advertised. Doesn’t slide around the floor like some people say. Bands are good. Slide is smooth. We love it.
