I've been using this bed frame for a month now, and I strongly recommend securing it to the wall for added stability. At 170 lbs, I'm trying to lose weight for this bed—LOL! It does give you plenty of room, especially since my two cats are moving back with me. However, if anyone claims it doesn’t wobble, that’s definitely not true.I noticed the movement right away and ended up purchasing an Adjustable Bed Frame Anti-Shake Tool the very next day. It helped a lot, though I still feel a little wobble when moving around—or if I sneeze too hard. Once you get used to it, it’s manageable. But honestly, at under $400, I can't complain too much—I definitely can't afford a $1000 frame.Customer service was disappointing. I never got a reply from the seller, despite emailing and messaging through Amazon and their website. Thankfully, Amazon’s customer service came through—I had a dent on one of the poles, and they immediately offered me a partial refund. That was the best part, and luckily, I didn’t receive a completely defective frame. If that had happened, I would have been furious. If anything major happens, I’ll update my review!me and my dad spent 5-6 hours to build it, didn't want the L table lol but still not bad

I bet the people working ups don’t enjoy moving these boxes, they are over a 100 pounds! I was concerned when it arrived as the boxes were beat up pretty badly, but I was pleasantly surprised that it all survived. The kit was well labeled, some of the instructions were really small and we had to go backwards a couple times because they put a lot of things on one step. Definitely a 2 person job. But all the parts were there! Great value for the price. The desk fitment is really nice too, my son is happy and that’s all that matters!My only gripe was with the LED strip, remote didn’t have a battery in it, and the led strip was too long for the space that was designated for in the instructions, and didn’t stick to the bed at all. I was able to trim it to the correct length (the 3 silver dots are cut points) there is no mention of this in the instructions also (don’t cut when plugged in) . I then used a roll of 3/8” 3m vhb to reattach it and it is holding good!

This bed was extremely difficult to put together especially once my husband and I realized towards the end of putting this loft bed together that it’s missing parts. Amazon refuses to send us the parts missing and expects us to undo everything we did and send the loft bed back. Not doing that!! It was too much trouble putting together. You shouldn’t have to send the whole thing back just to get a part. Be our luck the next loft bed will be missing more parts than this one. It’s best to comb through your entire package and make sure everything is there before starting this task. I’m giving a bad review bc Amazon didn’t want to accommodate our request. Our daughter loves the loft bed and it does do the job we wanted it to do.

Pro - The bed looks amazing and is super sturdy! I’m an adult and can climb the stairs in confidence it will hold my weight (stairs are a little narrow tho).Pro - It came with an LED light strip I didn’t know it had, so that’s cool!Pro - Great Package and super fast shipping!Con - There are parts missing (getting a partial refund, so I can go get the missing parts myself). Can’t sleep in my room unfortunately since it’s only half built.Con - The instructions are wrong; if you follow them you WILL be rebuilding pieces twice, if not three times. DEFINITELY read ahead! They tell you to add the braces after the frame is built, which once the frame is built you can’t add. The images are also UNRELIABLE. (Honestly it’s almost as if AI made the building instructions). I am mechanically inclined and can read blue prints and still couldn’t believe absolute mess that was interpreting these instructions.Con - So far it has taken myself and another person a total of 8 hours to build this thing. It is NOT easy. However if the instructions eeeew even half as decent I bet we could have cut that time down by 75%.Conclusion - Overall it’s a decent bed for the price and the quick shipping. However I would not tackle this project unless you know how to practice some serious patience. The product itself (though incomplete) is good so one giving it three stars. Taking one away for the missing parts and another for the torrential instructions.

I was extremely nervous to make such a big purchase with so little reviews but I am glad I did. The quality is really good and the beds seem to be holding up great. We bought 2 for my teenagers and they love them. There room doesn't have closets so I loved that they had the closet built in.My 14 year old is 5'8" and 165 lbs and this bed seems very sturdy. The desk has a ton of space. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my sons love them. I really like that they came with LED lights to.We were missing a part for one of the beds and I was able to contact the company directly and they sent out a replacement part very quickly.
