This was really easy to assemble with only a few parts needing connecting. The mechanism is very straightforward. You pull it out to adjust the tilt and lock it into place and you lift it up to release the gas lever to move the chair up and down. The head support is designed well so that it can support your neck and when I’m working at my desk, I’m in a really comfortable position. Not a lot more to say other than that this is an extremely good value, well designed product that works well in my home office.

I am very happy with this chair. It was easy and simple to put together, it is very comfortable and the back support also feels very nice. The head rest is a bit low when installed but I am very tall and never use a head rest, so for someone that needs one they need to pay attention to this.The design is also great, and the price is very good, so great value for money overall. I recommend this chair.

I bought two for my newly created home office. Easy enough to assemble (apart from headrest was a bit tricky as didn't seem to fit at first but sorted after looking at video). Quick delivery on time. Robust chair with good lumber support. No issues.

Didn’t know what to expect for the cheap price but very surprised .This chair is very comfy and although the back is mesh it still fully supports your back without you getting sweaty after sitting for long hours. The added headrest is a bonus.The seat is a solid foam so no need for any extra cushions for padding .Overall an excellent chair for the price .

The media could not be loaded. The chair has a nice design and provides good but not great back support. Assembly is relatively straightforward, which is a plus. The adjustable armrests are a nice feature; however, the mechanism for raising and lowering them feels poorly constructed and seems will be easily damaged with use. Unfortunately, the button on the right armrest of my chair arrived damaged and now sinks when pressed. I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, but they were unhelpful and offered no resolution. While the chair has its strengths, the cheap build quality and lack of customer support are disappointing.
